I love dippins coffee and food but the employees are so incompetent. The amount of times that I get double charged for coffee is insane. one coffee should not cost $8 and it happens AT LEASE once a week. the one time I complained they were very apologetic but the issue consistently still happens I’m owed about $200 worth of coffee that I was overcharged for… I haven’t been in a few weeks because of this issue and I just went back to give them another chance and they did it again… I will never be going here again

This location advertises that it is open until 7pm today, Friday. I checked online just to be sure, and it says the same thing. 7pm. Well, I'm here. They're not. I would suggest calling before coming. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence.

When ever the electricity goes out in Palmer, ma I just shoot over to dipping donuts in West Warren ma. For some reason they usually don’t go out when we do. Great service reasonable prices!

I am aways happy with my purchase at Dippin! They serve all the regular coffee shop stuff but I think it's way more delicious than the big box chain stuff. They have a great selection of baked goods, more bagel flavors offered too!

I could not believe the chicken salad on my sandwich was layered so thin, it just barely brushed the bread. Won't ever go there again!!! All the other locations give you a fair amount for the price you pay.
