Place is okay but theyre charging tip directly on your bill without asking or consent. We had planned to tip only for our bill to be tipped by a 20% tip which was very unprofessional. The Lady serving Christine was rude and told us that it was the place policy. It was not communicated or put anywhere in plain sight for us to see!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Server sat at the counter on her phone and when we asked a question (cutlery, more food) she was visibly annoyed. It made the entire dining experience miserable.

It’s been a long long time coming back to cape. I was carving scallion pancake. So order from ‘“Saga Sushi”
We went to restaurant to Order out .
The lady took our order says 20min. I waited 30 mins. Lady( angel)has a anger face. Finally got the order and Uber home then recognizing there no scallion pancakes 🤬. So I called and they say I have go back to restaurant to get credit back.
(One way Uber $12) We are all Asian please be honest and respectful to each order.
I like to find a place and order out then go dine in before we leave cape.

food was very good but the waitress named Christine i believe it was, was extremely rude so I left a $10 tip on a $130 order she grabbed the receipt and demanded I give her 18%. extremely unprofessional

I have been going to Saga Sushi on a weekly basis for lunch for awhile now. I do enjoy the food and service. However, and I hate to write this, but. This last tues as I was finishing lunch, I began to smell this horrible stench that permeated the resturant. I leaned over and looked down the aisle, and about 20 ft away, was an opening in the floor with a large hose in it. I'm assuming this was the access to their septic system and a truck outside was pumping it out. Fortunately, I was finishing my meal and quickly paid the bill. But that stench ruined my lunch and stuck with me for most of the afternoon. A a result, I don't think I will be going back there anytime soon. That's a shame, because I really did enjoy the food and the resturant. That is something that should be done when it is not serving customers.

Great fresh and delicious sushi. Slices are generous and the rolls are inventive.

On busy nights, if you order online don't trust the "ready by" time, as it will most likely be later.

Not to mention that the food is so fresh and delicious my biggest takeaway is the restaurant manage May. She remembers your drink orders, your food what you like and dislike. Photographic memory I guess... so nice and apprecative! If you like sushi you need to check this place out!

This place is GROSS. FOOD GROSS SERVICE GROSS the smell of someone smoking in the restaurant is Gross. The chicken was rubbery over cooked too. So gross.
