Would have been a five star however our reserved seats sucked as we were on the only walkway continually getting up moving hoping no one spoilt drinks on us
Don’t patronize this business. They are canceling the checks after paying the musicians!
Dishonest & they pay the artists that perform with checks that bounce. Lots of artists on the outer Cape still trying to paid for gigs they performed & were promised payment.

Anthony Gomes rocked the house, ya'll!! He and his band were tight and on-point. We couldn't ask for a better venue than this. The size of The Music Room was great. Small and quaint. Acoustics were FABULOUS. They definitely need more servers, and they ran out of beverages and had to go out and get some mid show. That was truly kind of sad, I'm sorry to say. But waiting for a beer for 45 minutes (half the show) is definitely not appropriate or appreciated. Especially since we pre-paid for alcohol. Didn't try the food. We ate prior to the show. Would definitely return for another show.

Horrible place demanded my credit card when I was paying cash. I mean cash obviously isn't any good our party walked out.
They seem to have a reputation of selling tickets for table seating and canceled concerts then ,when you arrive they say standing only general.admission tickets don't say anything, staff is not friendly and I witnessed a lady at front desk complaining she was double charged and couldn't reach anyone who could help ,I'd find another venue to see a show ,won't ever come back
I bought tickets to see Quinn Sullivan. I live 2 hours from Yarmouth but made plans to see the concert and stay with a friend. Our tickets said Quinn Sullivan on them. We showed our tickets and were told where to sit. Insteadnof Quinn coming on the stage, a very extremely loud Jimi Hendrix cover band came on. Despite wearing earplugs ,the sound was deafening. We kept waiting, assuming this was a back up band. after 90 minutes I went the bar to check how much longer it would be to see Quinn and was told that the concert was rescheduled to the following week. I was never notified of the date change, or was I offered a refund. The tickets were expensive and I felt betrayed. I asked for the manager/owner and was told that I would be refunded if I gave my contact info. I never heard from him. I then emailed several times and was told the refund was in process. This clearly was a lie because I never received a refund or heard back. So I am out the money I wasted. I work hard and do not appreciate being lied to. Or wasting 90 minutes , freezing and turning deaf. waiting. I will never purchase tickets here again. dry bad customer service.
Love seeing performances at the Music Room. It’s an experience not to be missed

Went to see "Through the Doors" here last weekend. Great small venue with a personalized vibe and great drinks. Great place to see a show without the xraziness of a big arena.

Shady place ! Few friends who lost $$ there . Venues canceled no refunds even the bands booked there say the owners a tool ! Close your business
Great venue with terrific staff!. They are able secure top artists and the sound is fantastic. Food and drinks are very reasonable. So glad they are on the cape!!
Bought tix for a show. Band cancelled. Venue does not do refunds which is fine by me I would love to see a show here. But trying to connect with someone at the venue is horrible. The number on their site rings no one ever answers at any time of day and voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message. Tried using the contact page and emailed several times with no response. Just want to know how I go about getting in to another show. Pretty simple. I’d go down but it is a 2 hour drive. Just pick the phone.
