This was such a cute place. Bar/Grill. Food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and polite. Definitely recommend. I also want to say that this place was busy, so the fact the waitress was attentive definitely was a job well done by the restaurant and her.

Ordered takeout for the family (via DoorDash) Saturday night (1/31). Food tasted great and everyone enjoyed their meal. Only issue was how bare/scarce the order of sweet potato waffle fries was (see picture)

The food and the drinks are fine and but I just think this place needs a major renovation And some upgrades to the building like especially a fire alarm upgrade because the alarms are so old and outdated and because there’s no seats in the waiting area at the front lobby and there’s no flagpole with an American Flag out front in the parking lot Unlike Fitchburg Hudson Gardner and Waltham 99 restaurants they have red couches at the front lobby where you wait and they have a flagpole out front with an American flag on it. And also those locations are not outdated because they’ve renovated as well and there up to date. They’ve also made the place look really nice At the other locations, I wish this place could do the same as as well as Have the brownie petite treats like Fitchburg and other locations have those are really good.

Food is the almost as good as other locations but it's the service that knocks down a star. They didn't seem to be understaffed but the attentiveness and hospitality isn't there. I still go here because I just like the 9's but I didn't consider this location as a brand ambassador.

Steak was over cooked and hair in the corn. Waited 15 minutes for another steak and it never came out. The manager was nice. Thanks for the gift card. I'll make a point not to return. Worst 99 I've been to in over 20 years.

It's a 99. It's not good, but you knew that. The food is bad, but the service was fine, and the restaurant was clean. That said, why would you pay $18 for a burger here instead of going to an actual restaurant? You're on Google maps. You can find one. I promise.
