It's the 99. Aren't they all the same?

Me and my family have been coming to this particular 99 in Westford, MA for several years now. I regret to say that their quality of food has diminished over the years, unfortunately. Still, it's decent at best overall. You're honestly better off going to a Cracker Barrel (unless you want to watch a Boston sports team game on the TV; CB has a better overall menu, selection and tastier comfort food). Though if you want to go for just adult beverages and to watch the game, this is still a good place to do just that (IF the Red Sox win, kids eat free)! This 99 is convenient cuz it's right off of 110 in between the Littleton and Westford exits off of 495.

Parking: There are parking spots all around this restaurant, including 3 handicap and 2 EV spots.

Kid-friendliness: Several booth and tables that can accommodate whoke families, staff is friendly and kids eat free here IF the Red Sox win the day before.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 parking spots in the lot right next to the entrance. Wheelchair accessible doors and seating. Not sure about the bathroom though.

Had the worst cream of brocoli soup, the taste was awful, the brocoli was mushy, and my hot lobster roll was mushy from too much butter on the bun. The only good thing was the lobster.

We had our lunch date at Westford 99 today. Perfectly fine local haunt. Got the Fajita Bowl. Tons of jalapeños plus for me. Was delicious. Enough for leftovers.
Sat at the bar. Holly was outstanding as our server. Definitely knew her menu and really was on her A Game.
She was buzzing around a lot but never missed checking on us.

Bathroom could use a little freshen up. But definitely a great lunch

Vegetarian options: Ask. The server will change things

Wheelchair accessibility: There are large doors and a ramp into the bar

I've been here 3 times and I guess this place isn't for me. The food is never great to me. My burgers are always plain, and my lobster roll is always small when it's supposed to be "colossal"

We got there and it was the 1st nice day. No one wanted to cook. The wait was minimal ( 10 mins.). Seated waitress was busy. She was helpful and friendly and very professional. Food came out in I think 20 minutes. Very good.

Dietary restrictions: As with every restaurant. Ask your server about your needs. They are always knowledgeable

Parking: Electric car spots. Needs more handicapped spots. But they have many on each side of building

Kid-friendliness: They offer crayons and paper. They have high chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a area for wheelchairs. They have ramp to access bathrooms and dining room and bar

Decided to try the 99 in Westford,MA and watch some of the bruins game in the bar area. Arrived at 8pm and sat ourselves. 2 other tables where occupied and maybe 3 people at the bar...not busy! Chairs where rickety and tables where messy. Waitress/bartender took our drink order ( 2 summer ales) came back 10 mins later with drinks, left and came back 10 mins later took our order and stated they close at 9:30pm. Got food at 9pm and it was cold and very unappealing. Very unattentive and rushed waitress for a fairly empty place. Spent $95 for a waist of time and money. I am very sorry we drove 30 mins to the Westford location. Was in hopes to try the colossal lobster roll being advertised and watch the game. Roll had no garnishings, and I was made to feel like I was asking too much to get melted butter or a lemon wedge! There's more to the story but its not worth typing...We have had much better experiences at other locations.

Love the nines, Westford is one of my favs because of the staff and the food is always good, but the temperature in this location is unbearable and something needs to be done. I understand today was the first 90 degree day here in New England, but there will be more. I’ve been coming here for years and it was the same situation last year, I feel so bad for the staff. I work outside and look forward to coming into the ac for lunch but if this isn’t fixed I don’t think I’ll be back much this summer.

Not sure why the Host was directing everyone to the bar for lunch because there was only 1 server with 23 patrons in the bar. She did her best and kept a smile on her face but she really could have used more help. I saw 1 couple in the dining room so the experience was I’m sure much more pleasant for them. Food was hot and great but it took half my lunch break to get it. Love the food and service but sometimes people don’t want to sit on the bar side and listen to trashy women swear for an hour.
