My family went for dinner and the experience was different for all of us. The service and the atmosphere is great. The presentation of the food is great. My husband ordered the chicken with mushroom ravioli, and my daughter a Cesar salad, and both were happy with their dishes. I ordered the beet salad with grilled Salmon, and my son the steak sandwich and both dishes were very salty. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I will give them one more chance before taking them out of my list.

Asked to sit outside on the patio because I had my dog. They said their patio was closed, even though all the tables were open. Ok, we figured they did not have staff to tend to our group outside,no biggie. We asked if we could order to-go and sit outside on the tables and they said no. They invited us to buy take out but we would have to eat our food elsewhere... Talk about not wanting to be helpful!

We just needed a place to sit and the patio was empty (and so was their restaurant inside, btw)...

Also, we checked before driving over there that this place was dog-friendly. It specifically lists the patio option... oh well, their loss. We went to the trattoria next door. No fuss.

Pappardelle bolognese pasta was way overcooked. They may have boiled it before hand and just reboil it when we ordered judging by the speed on when the dish arrived and soginess. The artichoke dip had an unpleasant excess of salt. I find it impossible to think it passed the taste test by the chef. Using Tostitos seemed like a slack. Accompanying the dip with supermarket shelf chips instead of actually baking crostinis is unacceltable for an $18 appetizer. And it also seemed like it was made days before, baked before hand and just rebaked for service. It was incredibly inferior to the Macaroni Grill one. It was borderline unedible. Calamaris were good, and properly fried and given correct time to drain the oil after frying. The best thing was the steak and cheese spring rolls. Those were delicious; albeit not enough to tilt the balance wheel success in the apps to warrant ordering a full set of entrés. The water provided by the waiter, but no lemon was offered. Overall a decent time between my travels and cut the munchies, but not memorable enough to warrant a second visit.

Nice atmosphere, as it's not too loud. The service was good, although we had to wait a while. The food though is terrible. The truffle fries they are made with garlic from a jar (probably with soybean oil, not sure, but it tasted terrible). The salad dressing is too sweet (tried the greek dressing) and the greek salad, though a nice size, was filled mostly with iceberg lettuce (or possibly romaine) but it was supposed to be "leafy greens mix."

Went here for a company function and we were all very impressed with the food (tried as all the appetizers) and drinks.

Was especially impressed to hear how serious they are about accommodating allergies. Several attendees had severe allergies and Burtons has an incredible process of segregating food prep and cook surfaces. Haven’t heard anything like it before. Our team will be coming back for regular outings for this reason alone.

Dietary restrictions: Probably one of the best in the area about safety with allergies. Plenty of menu options.

Great food, and incredibly allergy-friendly. I'm lucky to not have any dietary restrictions, but I have friends for whom it is make or break. And let me tell you, Burton's definitely MAKES it
