(Another staff member actually brought us our food.) Besides the food being cold, it tasted ok, but overall it's extremely overpriced considering the quality.

We asked for one of the MANY empty booths near the window. “Do you have a reservation? Booths are only for people with reservations.” Tried to make reservation on the spot, host said they were booked. LIAR. 4 o’clock on Saturday 03/23/24. Place was half full, four servers standing over by the coffee machine doing nothing, 2 bartenders doing nothing, despite the fact it was March madness. We were handed 2 brunch menus and told to sit ourselves in the bar area. The waitress complained that we had brunch menus!!! We were hungry, otherwise would have left. Food was forgettable. Room was absolutely freezing and the music was from a high school dance 20 years ago. Upon leaving there were still FIVE BOOTHS OPEN! they’re probably open for the next 10 years, but I won’t know cause I won’t be back. JUST GO NEXT DOOR TO MARKET BASKET AND GET A ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. TRUST ME.

Reserved online, but could only reserve for 4. Got there a few minutes early and explained there were actually 6 in our party. They quickly accommodated. The food was beautifully played and tasted amazing. Everyone in our party was very pleased with food, service and atmosphere. Well done Burton's!!Kid-friendliness: Although no one dined off the kids menu, the atmosphere and service was accommodating for 10 year old.

At least 20 minutes passed with no one coming to our table, so we just left. Pretty lame.Drink orders weren’t taken, nothing. And it isn’t super busy, so I don’t know what happened.
