Went with a party of 5, we all got either meals or salads. We ask for bread, only option was to pay $4.50 for “bread service”which gave each one one very small piece. Not impressed, even upscale restaurants provide bread to diners.

Loved my experience at Burtons. I have severe food allergies and I’ve never had a restaurant be so attentive to them in the way Burtons was. I also love that they have a gluten free menu for those allergic/sensitive to gluten. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. I highly recommend!
This is our go to date night restaurant. We also come here with our kiddos during the week. Food is always great and service is phenomenal. They just did a whole renovation of the inside and it looks really nice. I wish I could give them a 5 star but lately when we come in here the AC isn’t working and we have to leave earlier than planned. I also noticed they are over staffing and people are just standing around. The service was better when there wasn’t so many people just standing around with nothing to do. I hope they can get the AC fixed and let the staff make a little more money.

My family and I went to Burtons today for a few appetizers and drinks. We waited for 5 minutes to be greeted. Afterwards my husband went around the bar area to get someone to seat us. A young girl showed up saying they had an important meeting in the kitchen that’s why she was late. No problem. Ok, can we get a booth area because my mom has hip issues. Ok, it’s going to be a few minutes. Ok. 15 minutes later, the so called hostess said all the booths are dirty and you have to be patient till they clean up with very rude attitude. Ok, what’s with the attitude? She was pissed at us for not understanding how important her job is. Exactly, you represent this restaurant. The first face we see. After 20 minutes we get water. A few minutes later we decide to leave. Not worth it. This is the second time we’ve tried this restaurant after a very disappointing experience last year. Please Don’t put kids as hosts and hostesses with spoiled attitude to represent your restaurant. Please don’t make servers do the job of serving if that’s not for them. We will never come back again. We will also share our experiences with you with everyone we know.

Dined in after years, still a very nice ambiance and service greeted us. We tried a few appetizers - the general tso cauliflower was good but loved their fried crispy calamari and firecracker shrimp. For main course, we tried the fried fish sandwich and roasted vegetable bowl. Both were perfect. Prices are a tad on the higher side, especially the seafood, but you are getting what you paid for.

Worst Burton's ever. We made reservations ahead of time for a large group. We arrived at 7pm, promptly seated and given water. The waiter didn't come back to our table until 7:35. We were then told they could only do 5 separate checks. There were 12 of us. I didn't stay. A couple of us walked to Avviva and received awesome service.
Steak on salad was chewy. For $12 extra on my Power salad, there were only 3 chumks of steak. $4 apiece. Not worth it.
Kid-friendliness: $10.99 for a kids meal? Not worth it. Very small fish portion.

We had a fantastic meal at Burton’s tonight! Alyssa, our server, was fantastic! We were a larger group and she handled us with ease. Many of our guests had different requests and she was very patient and her and the kitchen delivered the food quickly and it was delicious! One of our guests has blood sugar issues and needed some apple juice and bread quickly and she got it immediately and she was very kind! Thank you for a great evening Alyssa and the whole Burton’s crew!
