Watch out for overcharging!!!

I ordered a chicken burrito without any extras, which was supposed to cost $10.91. The nice lady who wrapped the burrito clearly told the checkout guy it was chicken, but he attempted to charge me over $14. When I questioned the overcharge, he explained it was due to an additional charge for guacamole.

However, I clearly heard the lady mention only chicken to him—there was no mention of guacamole whatsoever. Why did he assume and add an extra charge for guacamole?

I don’t want to describe the location with words like "scam" or "dishonesty." I simply hope they will train their employees better. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an overcharge at this location.

This is the lowest standard chipotle, the mild salsa is tomatoes and salt and nothing more, the chips are stale, and my food doesn't taste right. I've ordered from their 3 different times in last 3 months and each time my food is soggy, cold and mostly fatty pieces of steak. I find myself adding other things at home to make it taste better.. but end up throwing it out. Don't waste your money here.

Went into this store and there was no one in it. Asked for chips and guacamole and was told I couldn’t get that because they were for online orders only. There were 20 bags of chips sitting on the counter and not a soul around. Then was told I could place an order online for chips and they would give them to me.

Thank goodness for reviews! My granddaughter wanted some chipotle so I looked up. Who’s the best near me? Apparently they all stink and they’re all filthy and the food is all gross everywhere. Thank you all for putting in your peace of mind! I won’t be ordering at this place it looks like ever!

Very disappointing experience with large catering order placed 24 hours in advance but not ready at scheduled time. Had to wait 45 min. Staff was not upfront about the mistake, rushed the order and missed items. Enrique the manager and his team stood around and didn’t help prepare the late order. I won’t order from here or Chipotle again.

I honestly loved the first time I tried this Chipotle. Big portions, happy staff (which, looking at the other reviews, may have been a lucky chance). I would go all the time—if they were ever open! Twice now I've tried to go, and there's a piece of printer paper stuck to the door, saying their closed "due to reasons." No Chipotle brand labeling or anything. Are the workers on an impromptu strike? Genuinely so confusing.

UPDATE: Increasing my review due to a particularly positive experience today (01/20). Excellent portions (see picture) and a mature and respectful staff. I have a suspicion that school being back in session may have something to do with the better experience, but assuming I'm wrong about that, this is a great direction and a marked improvement over what I've known this Chipotle to be previously. Thank you!

I used to love treating myself to Chipotle, but I must say that the quality of the food has declined greatly. I tend to order lunch using the app. The last 4 times, I’ve been missing food, been served chunky meat pieces that one can’t actually eat, or been served a teaspoon sized portion of meat and sides. Not only that, the rice is undercooked, and the establishment itself is always filthy—garbage not taken out, tables not cleaned, the drink area lacking drinks. I’ve reached out to the company and been told to go back to the restaurant to talk to the manager. This isn’t always easy as I’m usually going out of my way to go during my lunch break, and I’m not driving 20 additional minutes back to the restaurant to complain, and 20 minutes back to work. All I have to say is do better Chipotle. Check the food you are making to make sure it matches the meal ticket! Is it so hard? Because of this, I refuse to spend my hard earned money there. I’d rather go somewhere clean and that cares about what they are putting out.

It would be shorter to say what things they had: tortillas, white rice (after a 10 minute wait), the barest dregs of chicken. The servers just looked at all of the empty steam trays forlornly. I’ve been to some disappointing chipotle restaurants but this one is the worst.
