Unfortunately, this place has been very disappointing. Additional paid items like extra meat or extra sauces are often missing from the order, which is frustrating since you’re paying extra for them. On top of that, the food quality and portion size are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s decent, other times it’s noticeably worse or smaller. Not surprising to see so many negative reviews here.

This is the third time now they’ve either not given me guacamole or messed up the meat in my bowl. It’s a kick in the nuts because the different meats cost different prices and the guacamole is $3 dollars. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I am never going back again

This place has to be one if the most disgusting chipotle ive ever been to. The restaurant is a mess, filthy, uncleaned tables , floors and the drink station to the trash area is just gross. The are understaffed and the workers are doing everything from preparing the food and cashier (wearing one glove) its absolutely disgusting. Imagine someone paying cash and they give them change w the same glove and making ur burrito and spreading cheese w the same glove. They need to take restaurant hygiene seriously

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, the staff is insanely rude. The food is always dry or overcooked. They are constantly out of stuff, but do not tell you until you’re halfway through making your order and then get upset when you say that you do not want it. I asked for a bag of chips after being annoyed my bowl was missing half the stuff I wanted because they were out of stock and I asked for the chips, the worker grabbed the last bag, and another worker came around the corner and said that she wanted to take those home with her, and she took them from his hand and walked away The cashier proceeds to tell me “sorry we don’t have any more chips“. Staff seems like they hate being there and puts that onto the customers, I try to give it a second chance over and over as it’s the closest chipotle to my house but this is the last time

Very rarely do I post a review but this is honestly the worst chipotle/moes type of place I’ve ever been to. And I understand it’s fast food, you’re pay $5 for a burger what do you expect type of thing. Except that this was $20…. For a basic burrito and small drink. A 3/4 scoop of steak and another 3/4 scoop of overcooked queso which you charge extra for and a small drink, no chips, anything extra, all for $20? This place is the epitome of chipotle horrible small portions. Employees are acting like each piece of steak comes out of their check personally.

This chipotle is in a great spot, making it a commerical location dream, but their quality fluctuates depending on who is working. If this one dude bryan (brian) is working, the food is friggin amazing. Presentation, portions, and packaging by this guy are next-level. Everyone else seems like they cant be bothered.. and you can tell, lunch-lady-like slapping on the plate, “here ya go!”—
Do yourself a favor and ask if brian is working before you order and see this place’s real potential.

get it together or close this location. small portions, no one knows how to wrap a burrito except for maybe one person (and that one person deserves an award for her kindness and diligence). This location could be good with better staff. They’ve improved a little on cleanliness so I’ll give them that.
EDIT Oct 2025:
they need to teach the staff on how to wrap burritos and need to fire the asian woman that’s been giving people half portions as if it’s coming out of everyone’s checks. Retrain the staff and if they can’t seem to get it over time, either lose customers or make management decisions.
Unfortunately this is a corporation with generic responses generated so nothing will get fixed until someone gets violently ill or shows the weird items that have been found in their food.
so far, the staff i have met have been very kind. portion sizes are good, but vary quite a bit. went in once and got a hefty good portion and came back a week later and the bowl was barely filled. only complaint.
