Didn't even get to order. Nobody acknowledged us for a good 15/20 minutes. Then got a menu and then got ignored. Poor preparation all around. This isn't the first year this hotel has hosted this con and its not even a large con. If this place were at Anime Boston, they wouldn't stand a chance if they operated this way. It wasn't even that busy. We were going to try dinner here, but now, they can't even serve customers when it's not busy. Hard pass. No wonder so many people were door dashing or eating elsewhere.

We are staying at the Westford Regency and noticed Clark’s Pub. We didn’t want to go out for dinner so we decided to give it a go. Well, we were very happy that we did. Our server was very friendly and provided prompt service. My wife and I both had the Tavern Burger and it was wonderful! We both had a glass of wine, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir, and both were quite good. We will definitely go there again and highly recommend Clark’s Pub.

There was no one on staff when we got there, the wait was literal hours from arrival to food and the food was bad. The staff was very nice, but the meal was inedible and the wait was ridiculous.

Ok place; could have better maintenance here.

Decent full bar with a nice selection of craft beers. Laid back and not stuffy. You won't be disappointed!

We were here in 2015 and now. Nothing has changed. No one is here. We are the only table and 60 min no food. How is this place rated 4.5? He didn't know drink off hand, couldn't find a bottle opener..

My husband and I decided to swing in for a nice, relaxing Sunday brunch. Overall, it was delightful! Plenty of food options, the presentation at the buffet tables was great! We especially loved the smoked salmon with minced onion, egg white, egg yoke. Yum! The good: - Broad selection of foods: breakfast and lunch options. I especially liked the starter table with the carvings and many yummy snacks. (Salmon! and different cheeses... ) - MANY different rolls, muffins, breads -- my downfall! - Typical Eggs to order, but it never gets old... - The service was perfect: attentive without being overbearing. - Tried to order a Bloody Mary at ~11:45Am but was told the bar would not open until noon. Forgot about it but at noon, the waitress came over with the Bloody Mary, didn't need to ask again! -- Dessert table had a great selection and small portions so you could try a couple different things IF you saved enough room. -- Very low key and laid back. We took our time, lingered over coffee and tea and just enjoyed the special treat. Needs improvement: -- The carving station with roast beef and ham: Beef was surprisingly tough. The ham was dry and lacked flavor. WEIRD! -- Ambiance: None to speak of... The tables are all out in the lobby of the Westford Regency hotel. Also the area for morning breakfasts. It was rather sterile and impersonal.
