Do not recommend going here staff members will still work while being sick without wearing gloves or mask I have experienced first hand. I got sick from my fellow co worker who is still sick on shift currently. If you even slightly offended the owner he will cuss you out and call the police. Highly recommend staying away- previous employee

I used to work here, this location is absolutely disgusting. Pretty much zero hand washing, no gloves ever, employees spend much of their shift vaping in the walk-in fridge, one manager has nails over an inch long and I would see cheese get stuck in them, and he would flick it back into the bin. If I was starving to death I would not eat here

Food was ok..typical domino's but the westford location did not get the memo on pricing...2 one topping pizzas was almost 40 bucks picked up!!! Wth?? I could of got real pizza for that kind of money!!! NEVER again..(.in westford anyway )

They took our order twice over the phone for delivery that never came and when I called and spoke to the manager I was told it was because they don't deliver to my area anymore ?.They didn't have the decency to notify me of this when they took my order ? ...

WOW, the worst customer service experience ever! I certainly don't expect 5 star dining, or I wouldn't be going to Dominoes, but I expect quality customer service. I ordered from the Westford, MA location at 6pm (just a pizza and some wings.) Once I got the email confirming my order, I started tracking it. The estimated time for curbside pickup was between 6:54pm and 7:04pm (no biggie, right?) We left to pick it up at 6:30 because we live about 20 minutes away (shows how much we really wanted this pizza dinner!) I texted "HERE" as instructed by the email to alert the workers that I was ready. My pizza tracker still showed in the prep phase, even at the time my order was said to be ready. At 7:10, well over the hour mark, my boyfriend went inside to check on the order. He was told they're extremely busy and we'll have to wait. We waited another 10 minutes (7:20) at which time I was beyond frustrated and went inside to ask for a refund. I received no apologies, no offering to make it right, nothing. This was one of the worst fast food experiences and I will never be returning to this location (chances are I won't be a Domimoes customer anymore.) Would not recommend this location, save your time and buy frozen pizza!

I ordered a medium pan pizza with chicken and extra Alfredo sauce, and I got a pizza soaked in Alfredo sauce. I couldn't even seperate the slices because there was soo much Alfredo sauce everywhere.

Very friendly staff. I've been ordering on Friday or Saturday nights for a couple months now and I've never had an issue with my orders. Same girl is there every time and she's excellent. Food is always ready for me when I arrive. I don't understand how there are so many negative reviews. These people must be desperate for free meals.
