Small and dunkin' donuts in general it's overpriced now but everything else was okay

I get the 5 dollar meal deal every morning from a different dunks in different area a of Massachusetts and everytime the price is 5.63, I go into this Dunkin' Donuts and the price was $6.60 something. I asked why and they said the Mocha pumps in my coffee made it a dollar extra! Then I went on Goggle to write a review and I saw all the complaints! Now I get it! I don't know if every other dunks has just given me the $5 meal deal out of a courtesy or the extra pumps in my coffee makes it more but either way that would be something that you would probably want to share with the customer when they're buying a $5 meal deal. And as I'm writing this I go to get my first wake up wrap out of the bag and there's only one Wake Up wrap there's not two so I paid almost $7 for a coffee and one wake up wrap this is the worst Dunks I've ever been to by far!

Always have strawberry frosted donuts which are hard to find occasionally. Sandwiches and coffee are always good as well

The bagel for my breakfast sandwich was burnt. My daughters buttered burnt bagel was thrown in the bag without being wrapped in its own wrapper.

Good coffee

They have messed up the order multiple times!! I wish I can give negative starts!! Please check your order before walk out! Ordered Bagel with strawberry cream cheese! 1st they didn’t put on the order! The lady said she will notify the person who is making the order but it came out without the cheese! I drove back to the location and ask them to fix it! They put the regular cream cheese! So poor customer service!!!! Never go to this location again!

Coffees are expensive, and the food is mediocre. They no longer have the local feeling that made them such a great place years ago. Nothing fresh, all the food has that McDonald's or fast food industrial vibe. Find and support a local shop if you can.Fresh locally made donuts made them worth going to. Now the boxed ones at the store look and taste better and they are awful.
