With glasses men he have lot of attitude he is not happy to take orders they messed up my breakfastThey don't know how to make a coffee or the don't know how to put a butter on a bagel. If they have less staff find more workers but don't massed up mornings 😒

I asked for snackin bacon to be heated up & 2nd time there & still served ice cold. Who wants bacon ice cold, not me. If you going to serve bacon it should be heated up!!! It taste right cold!

We are from out of state. We visited this D&D store two mornings in a row. Both times there less than 5 people in the store. Both mornings there was the same 4 young teenagers working. No manager in site. The person who rang up our order seems to be the “leader” of the staff but she looked less than 25 yr old. Anyway, both times our order was completely messed up. I won’t go into the order details as it does not matter but I will say we only ordered a hand full of items each time and about 1/2 the order was incorrect.

On the 2nd morning we ordered from the same girl at the cash register, we politely mentioned that they got our order wrong the day before. She said she was sorry and we proceeded to order again. She clearly was listening carefully and took the order..we paid and waited for the order to be ready. I was able to see the staff making our order and I saw they we not making it correctly so I had to re-direct them to make sure they got it right. It took 3-4 times to walk them through it and even after all of that, one of the items was still incorrect. I was amazed!

This store obviously has am\ major training issues and it seems to me that there needs to be and “adult” working there that is an actual manager with the proper training on how to handle customers and their orders.

As I said ,we are from out of state so we will never be on the store again but if I lived near by, I would ever got there because of the terrible service

Most mornings I get an avocado toast with coffee and it usually comes out alright; but I was shocked from what I received this morning. The toast usually comes with a little bit of avocado spread and a good toasted bread, but today there was a lot of avocado spread which was unusual. The manager who serves it doesn’t really have a kind aura, but weirdly he was smiling as he gave it to me. When I got home and looked at my toast, I saw under that thick layer of avocado spread was a black, burnt toast. I was shock because he just gave a customer a burnt toast and giving it as nothing happened. Shouldn’t he have thrown that toast away and make a new one? This is quite unacceptable and I hope anyone who gets any order to check it before.

The regular menu is a step or two above tavern fare, the dinner specials are well above that. It can be a bit noisy when crowded, and we're not talking tablecloths and such.

Parking: When REALLY busy, parking can be an issue.

Stopped in for a quick iced coffee and must’ve dropped my cards, including my license, when putting them back in my purse. This amazing crew took the time to call my local police department (an hour away in New Hampshire) who contact me to let me know that Dunkin’s had them! They went above and beyond to make sure I was aware that they had my cards. I am so thankful for the crew that was working, I really should have gotten names. They saved my so much worry, time and money that I would’ve lost if I had driven an hour home and gone to reach for my cards to find them not there. I really can’t say thank you enough!

Stopped by to get a couple dozen donuts for the office. I had asked for an extra of two different kinds when they did them. The service was fast, and everything was fine until I returned to the office. I notice all the gave me were those two different kinds. I was frustrated but made my way back to explain the situation. I went to the gentleman (bald guy) I ordered from and explained the situation. He was upset that he had to throw them away and repeatedly said I know how to throw these away. Almost implying I had some fault in this.Then in front of the entire place yelled over to the woman who put the order together. I was embarrassed for her and felt bad, it was a mistake. It was he who took the order and then told her what to do for my order. It was a miscommunication.As much as I understand the frustration as I was as well, you do not treat your staff in such way. That was wrong and by far unacceptable. She was working the counter, cooking the food and he couldn’t even pack donuts. I am not a Dunkin’s person as I usually go to the other one. He should NOT be the Manager.

refused to give me ice water, and got a bagel with cream cheese with the smallest amount of cream cheese on it. ill continue to go to the dunks thats in the gas station down the road instead of this one.

This location used to be great. Now that the new manager ( bald guy with no customer service skills) has taken over . Every order I have put in online takes about a half hour and it’s only two coffees.
