i they train the staff on what’s necessary. Most of my orders have been incorrect and inconsistent. They are very kind and polite but may not have the best tools to do the job- which is not on them, it’s poor training and management.

Initially they got my order of munchkins wrong, i returned and they gave the ones I ordered just to get home the second time and see that they gave me less than i paid for. I am not going back. If you order things make sure they are right.

Stopped in today and was helped by a very nice and friendly employee. Such a pleasure to have such friendly service. I appreciate it especially where my experiences at other Dunkins have not been good due to rude staff. This Dunkins was super clean, smelled cleaned and the staff was excellent.Thank you! I will visit again

This location is around the corner from my home. I go there three times a week+/- . If you grew up in New England, you are a DD fan. Good coffee, and breakfast sandwiches are my standards.Please check out the Deli in the store for quality sandwich and sub choices.

Parking: Easy, drive in, drive out... what else is there.

Fast, Efficient and Good Spirited!The morning team at Big Apple Marketing in Westford, MA is one one of the best I've ever come across. Such an amazing team of women working together like a well oiled machine! If you're one of the lucky people to have this Dunkin's on your route to work every day you understand. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, and they're always pleasant given that they are probably up earlier than I am, and deal with way more bs than anyone should have to that early in the day. I don't know the name of the manager, but she kills it. She is very good at communicating with and assisting her team, and is extremely good at reading the flow of people coming in - anyone working for Dunkin's would be blessed to work with her.I wish everyone on the morning crew a happy new year, and thank you for all of your hard work!

Omg the level of laziness is unprecedented. They can't make any espresso drinks (so like any of the drinks) because they're "closing soon" YOU CLOSE IN OVER AN HOUR GTFOUTTA HERE ?It doesn't take an hour to clean your espresso machine. And even if it did, your sign says you're open until seven, so when I looked you up on Google and drove here I expected you'd be..open.Just wanted to let the manager know the level of laziness happening ? thanks for wasting my time and gas

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! So absolutely tired of the laziness EVERYTIME on my order! I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and everytime they only put one cream cheese on it and leave the other one untouched. They did it again today but this time forgot to include a knife so I can put the darn cream cheese myself onto my second bagel! I can't do it without a knife! I'm taking my business elsewhere!
