Where are the fries??? Ordered 3 orders of regular fries. Each was barely filled in the new paper container, no extra scoops. Shrinkflation at its worst! Won't be going back.

Ordered online, fries were not even started when I got there. Then I’ll order in store right??? 5 guys is known for their generous proportions. Not any more. Ordered 3 large fries, got barely full 3 cups, 7$ for this? Inflation has gotten them. But they can pay the guy with the deep voice I guess, make him your customer

Loud talkers at the table next to us....place was busy, no where to move away from them. Forget about the milkshakes...sicky sweet.. unable to finish. Waste of money.

I've never been disappointed by any 5 guys location. However the staff at this location are on a whole different level. Getting the job done while making it look easy. Even in the midst of a dinner rush, this staff is fast, friendly and effective. 5STARS for this 5 GUYS

Unfortunately, I cannot eat at this place. I do do Uber eats and I have to pick up. What a love boat. Everyone is their extremely helpful because I am highly allergic to peanuts, so I have to go in. I have to wear gloves. I have to have them do their things differently with the bagging, and they always always always accommodate, so unfortunately that there are boxes of peanuts because I can’t stand in certain parts of the restaurant. Because if I breathe it. I’m gonna end up sick. I can’t differentiate through. Uber eats till getting penalized. So if I get an order for five guys, I have to go pick it up, but I’m grateful to the staff because they always accommodate my allergies without any questions, so as much as I can’t eat their foods, but I do respect, and I’m grateful for the perfect and awesome service that they always Provide.

This past Saturday night (7.12.25) Mike, Andrew, Eric, and the “cool dude” who handed us our meal at the end (sorry I forgot his name). We came in 3 adults and 2 kids at the last few minutes of closing and they all gave generously of their time to make sure we were fed. Mike at the register even gave our kids a cup with free sodas while we waited as he recognized how restless we were after shopping with the kids. Our burgers and fries seem to be made extra good than normal. The best part was that this dude came in at 10:01pm and Mike told him well technically we’re closed and looked back to Eric on the grill And still Eric quickly told him, “I got you!” And that dude also looked as hungry and grateful as we did lol. They are an awesome team and added to the 5 stars vibes!! Thank you!
Cashier gave me a death glare…I wanted to say to him, did I kill your family? I heard him treat the next customer wonderfully…not sure why he’s pissed but don’t take it out on the paying customer!!! So crazy. Tables are dirty, place is a mess. Not GOOD!
