Fuchi Asian Cuisine Westford

It's definitely my go-to spot for a great dinner. Service is great. The food is really good and the service is fast. I've been here multiple times and have not had one bad experience yet. The only thing they need to work on is expressing food allergies. Unfortunately, they have not expressed that, so be careful if you have an allergy.

I usually just get take out so I can't speak to the atmosphere but it's a ice place. Food is good, the turnaround is quick and the staff is friendly.

Pros: The food was excellent, service was pleasant, and the Mai Tai was great.
Cons: stale fortune cookie, and egg rolls were served without hot mustard. Thevserver was a little slow bringing it when asked...but it was awesome when it arrived.

I will definitely go back again.

Best food in town. In fact, the value of the food exceeds its price. Don’t get discouraged by the previous reviewer. You simply can’t please everyone. When you open the door to do business, fresh air comes in and couple of flies might also followed by the fresh air. Just keep up your good work!

A restaurant should prepare food ordered by the customer the way it is ordered. If they cannot accommodate the customer’s wishes, they should tell the customer up front. That is not the Fuchi way! They totally ignore the order slips. The cooks just make it the way they want to. Then when you bring it to their attention, the staff argues with you. I have been trying to speak with one of the owners, Geno. I have called numerous times and at numerous times in the day … and he is never there. I have left my phone number for a return call and no return call. This is NOT customer service. The best reviews come from the customers. There are plenty of restaurants for us to go to in the area. I do not and will not recommend Fuchi in Westford. No Customer Service at all!

I came here for my birthday with my friends and i do not regret it. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the servers are great. The ramen noodle soup is delicious, and i finished off with a dessert they treated me with! I will definitely be back. Also the lady at the front, really nice!!!

A friend recommended this place while we were visiting from California and this place did not disappoint. the servers were incredible and very sweet, 10/10 would recommend!!!

It is good. Miss the old Tiki. The food is good. Amount is plentiful. Some have more flavor than others. Can't offer opinion on cocktails because I don't drink. The bar looks nice. Nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms.

Parking: It's in a newer strip mall. Very few business in the mall.

Absolutely love the Spicy Ramen Noodle Soup. There is so much to choose from on their menu but this is what I order 90% of the time. They put a couple slices of pork roll in there -- I don't know how they prepare that pork but it is DELICIOUS!

Regular customer - dine in & take outOrdered takeout last nite @ 6:50pm (Fried dumplings, Beef sticks, Chix cashew nut, Orange beef, Sauteed String Beans, Brown rice). Both mains were surprisingly tasteless - watery sauces (chic cashew without cashews!). We are regulars and have come to enjoy many of Fuschi main menu offerings - last night's take out dinner was awful!!!
