It's delicious food! We had the pulled pork and brisket sandwich and fall off the bone ribs 😋. My absolute favorite was the baked beans, they have brisket in the bean sauce, so good 💯. Wish I knew of this place sooner!

The beans - great smoky and sweet flavor with excellent texture given by the brisket that was mixed in. I should have gotten a larger order.
The ribs - off the bone. Excellent flavor profile on its own and that pairs well with their sauces. My wife loved their sweet bbq sauce.
Brisket - worth the wait. Probably the best you can get in the area. Very tender and juicy that has absorbed the smoky flavor.
Pulled pork and chicken - makes great sandwiches if you have leftovers
Honestly everything here is great. I'm hoping to bring more family members to experience this.

It's a food truck with great BBQ. There are picnic tables for eating on site. It's been a favorite for several years.

I pass Hubba’s every time I go to the grocery store (weekly) and never stopped until today. WOW! What I have been missing. It was the best brisket I have had in a long time; maybe the best I have ever had. Very flavorful; very tender; very lean; very moist. If you like good bar-b-que, I urge you to go here.

Quintessential family-run no frills BBQ, we tried everything and didn't disappoint. Meat was tender and moist with just the right level of smokiness. We loved the beans which were slightly sweet and the original bbq sauce which had a distinctive peppery taste. Get there early to avoid the line, 10+ people at noon.
Barbecue is meant to be served informally, and this place, a truck behind Floral Arts, gets the mood. If you sit out behind the barbecue truck on the picnic benches, you’ll see and smell the smoke wafting lazily from the smoker. We had the smoky, tender brisket with a 1/2 pint of beans and coleslaw, plus cornbread. On other trips we’ve had the ribs: also excellent. The beans are tangy and sweet and more southern style. There are at least two different different kinds of sauce to choose from.
Another important piece of the sweet little spot is the sweet, cheerful young men who run it. They took over after their dad’s untimely death. They’re very young and still in school.
Lastly, I hear it gets very busy at lunchtime. Get your barbecue early.
Parking: Approx 10 spots but if the parking was full, a person could park in the technology center and walk through the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: No, another party uses a wheelchair, but I don’t think there’d be any problems for someone with a wheelchair.

this is a food truck. We had issues finding it because our map kept dumping us into a large company's parking lot and then saying we were there. You are not there. If you are on the side road with the hotels, Turn right, turn left and it's sitting off the main road, not the side road. Best BBQ I've had in a LONg time. Sells out quickly.
