Quintessential family-run no frills BBQ, we tried everything and didn't disappoint. Meat was tender and moist with just the right level of smokiness. We loved the beans which were slightly sweet and the original bbq sauce which had a distinctive peppery taste. Get there early to avoid the line, 10+ people at noon.

Barbecue is meant to be served informally, and this place, a truck behind Floral
Arts, gets the mood. If you sit out behind the barbecue truck on the picnic benches, you’ll see and smell the smoke wafting lazily from the smoker. We had the smoky, tender brisket with a 1/2 pint of beans and coleslaw, plus cornbread. On other trips we’ve had the ribs: also excellent. The beans are tangy and sweet and more southern style. There are at least two different different kinds of sauce to choose from.

Another important piece of the sweet little spot is the sweet, cheerful young men who run it. They took over after their dad’s untimely death. They’re very young and still in school.

Lastly, I hear it gets very busy at lunchtime. Get your barbecue early.

Parking: Approx 10 spots but if the parking was full, a person could park in the technology center and walk through the parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: No, another party uses a wheelchair, but I don’t think there’d be any problems for someone with a wheelchair.

Robbie this is the yummiest bbq I’ve had in a long time. I’m sad I missed you when my brother and dad came to pick some up, but I’m so impressed.

this is a food truck. We had issues finding it because our map kept dumping us into a large company's parking lot and then saying we were there. You are not there. If you are on the side road with the hotels, Turn right, turn left and it's sitting off the main road, not the side road. Best BBQ I've had in a LONg time. Sells out quickly.

Wow - I've been working down the road for 7 years and just heard of this amazing place. Perfectly barbecued, savory tasting meats, and quick service (if you get there before the lunch rush). I'm glad I tried the baked beans side - some of the best beans I've ever eaten. I don't want this flavor to leave my mouth!!

I had the most incredible pulled pork sandwich for lunch. I was raised in NC, so I was delighted to eat it with their Carolina Vinegar sauce and my coleslaw on the sandwich, not on the side. Oh, it was so comforting and familiar. I highly recommend Hubba’s for the food, but the service was extraordinary, too! I’ll be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch around an hour before they closed. Got the brisket and pulled chicken with cole slaw. brisket tasted GREAT, had the perfect amount of crust and was not dry at all, the chicken is their only meat they don’t season and it was AMAZING. don’t hate on this place until you try it, best part is it’s ran by 2 very polite young gentlemen. We will definitely be coming back here. this area has been needing a good bbq spot and hubba’s is the one!

On a sunny and beautiful Thurs afternoon during peak lunch time (and summer), the wait for food is an average 35-40min, keep that in mind.Location is cute and this BBQ trailer is one of a kind and a rare joint in this hood. There are decent outdoor space for dine-in but only one (out of 3 or 4) tables are shaded. There is this strong stench of BBQ aroma (not in an appetizing way) all over.Price is definitively on the pricey side and large for a mere additional dollars but double the food makes way more economical sense. With that said, even a 1/4-lb meat (small) is enough for 2 person without feeling too cloying. So a large can easily feed 3-4 and now per-person cost is no longer expensive, actually, quite affordable even.I ordered the small combo meal with 2x ribs, brisket, pulled chicken. With 3 sides of cole slaw (double up) and beans. Their only 3rd option is corn bread btw. And I bottled their original BBq sauce. Now goes my taste feedback:Chicken: 50% is dryer than I like and the rest within normal limit.Brisket: at or above average.Ribs: above average. My other BBQ joint credentials prior to this: Tennessee BBQ (Framingham), Blue Ribbon (Arlington), Red Bones (Somerville), BT Smokehouse (Sturbridge or Charlton), Willie Jewels (Nashua). Plus countless ones that I don't care to list.Final thoughts: with the right weather, minimal crowd (wait time) and with buddies, this place is a thumbs up and I'll return. Glad that I tried.

Parking: Maybe around 10-12 top.

We are new to this area and happened upon this place because it was my son’s birthday lunch and he really wanted bbq and we had read great things. My daughter and I ordered a few sides (corn bread and coleslaw) because we are both vegetarians and the sides were great. My son ordered the brisket and my other daughter ordered the pulled pork and both were excellent. It was so good we brought some home. The next day my younger daughter wanted to go back for more pulled pork and my oldest actually said it smelled so good she wanted to try some. She hadn’t eaten meat in 7 years! She ended up finishing half of her sister’s pulled pork. Absolutely astounding that never thought she would eat meat again! If you have the chance definitely stop here you will be so happy you did. It is one of our new favorite places. And the guys making the bbq couldn’t be nicer!
