I went to Karma in Westford for the first time. I was meeting a friend for an early dinner. I’ve visited the one in Andover and it has always been excellent. Although the food was good in Westford, I didn’t appreciate feeling like we had to leave immediately after I paid the bill. The sever kept coming over asking if we needed anything else as we did not. Someone came over and asked how everything was and we replied good. She said she needed the table for a reservation. We were sitting at a Bar top table it wasn’t a reserved table. I didn’t realize we had a meter running on it!! I have Never been asked to leave a restaurant because they needed a table!! It was so disrespectful and rude!! I will Never go to this establishment and I will be sure to tell All of my family and friends on how poorly we were treated!!

They recently increased their prices and reduced their serving sizes at the same time. Rice dishes are 30% less and now $2.00 more. They have gotten greedy!

Went in for the first time. Ordered boneless ribs, chicken fingers and pork fried rice. Food was very good but portions were I little on the small side. Also got a Mai Tai. OMG was it strong almost too strong. Overall impressed

Not too many vegan options on the menu. Many things can be made vegan, however they up charge for it. For example the pad Thai has shrimp and chicken but if you sub tofu they charge you $3 even though it is a sub not an addition. Feels like a vegetarian/vegan tax.
Staff was friendly. Ordered the vegetable gyoza, vegetarian mapo tofu and vegetable black bean udon noodles. Everything was good but the portion was small for the price and not a lot of vegan options.

Not only has Karma been one of my favorite Asian restaurants for several years, it is one of the best such restaurants in all of New England.
I was there about 5 PM on a Wednesday. There were few other patrons, and I was seated at a good table with a view.
The wait staff were attentive. The food, as always, was excellent.
Highly recommended (as long as you don't make it too busy for me to get in...)

Can only speak to chicken fingers, egg roll, and won ton soup. They say small wonton soup is a pint (large a quart) and its a baldfaced lie. It wasn't even half a pint, it was a little bowl. Add 9 chicken fingers and two egg rolls and it came to $28 after tax and tip. Everything was typical of what you would find at any Chinese restaurant, except it was all hot and freshly made. The quality wasn't that notable, chicken fingers had the typical big doughy coating. But it was properly made.
