I don't know what it is about this particular McDonald's, but it's slower than any other we ever go to. Even on a random afternoon at 2:30.... Just so slow. There's not even a drive through.
You can tell they game the system on order completion time, dismissing orders as complete in the computer while they have paper print outs littering the order screens. I presume this is so that corporate doesn't realize how behind they always are.
We go to this one fairly often because it's on the way when we're traveling... But it's always so slow, I'll find a different one. It's not worth the wait. I'd say at least 75% of the time there's an unacceptablely long wait.
Today it took 20 minutes for a simple order.

Westford mass mcdonalds is the worst! 11am I get there to order breakfast they tell me not serving breakfast! ITS 11:00 A.M. its still Morning! Unbelievable don't go there, there's always some kind of screw up! But no Breakfast at 11Am, that truely unacceptable! Will never go back!

The people working here are super friendly and polite. Most McD's have people working for them who make it obvious that they would rather be somewhere else. But this crew is quick, motivated, and friendly.

Same thing, just another McDonald's. It's all the franchises. They're all becoming boring. Boring. They need to do something different. Better cheaper. I mean you're spending so much money there. It's like a restaurant 4 years ago. I don't understand these people. They have 7,000 million stores and you're telling me that they're not making enough money. Give me a break that what they're doing is they're paying themselves too much money but he that's all the greedy. Stay greedy. I personally that was part of what McDonald's was about. Was going to get a fast, decent quick meal now it's they ruined it. They ruined themselves. Have a nice day everybody

Got food poisoning from there do not eat there .the managers don't have a clue what there doing horrible place to eat i think ice needs to raid mcdonald's employees, they can not make anything on the menu right because they can't read English. They don't even speak it English
