Very overrated and overpriced. Got an order delivered and the store did not care that they only gave us half of the order. So now we don't have dinner for the night and everything is closed. The manager did not care and said that they were understaffed and busy and it was not his problem. No offer of a gift card for our problems or anything he basically said he didn't care because it was through doordash. He washed his hands of it and said call doordash. He will never get my business or anybody that I know business ever again. Very rude and by doing that he escalated the situation. Not a good ambassador for you business.

If Mac and cheese is your thing, then Mr. Mac’s is where you must to go! Get any one of their house specials or create your own. Customize any way you. Extra cheese sauce, extra bread crumbs, gluten-free, dairy free,etc.Three sizes to choose from. Small, medium, large. I’ll tell you right now… the large can easily feed three. You can’t get it to go. You can get several meal size pans for catering or to serve a home family.Mr. Mac’s is one of the best around with several locations( but surely not enough, for this Mac and cheese lover… we need one in Methuen)

The Bacon & Cheddar Mac n Cheese was delicious. My daughter and I got a medium and couldn't finish it. They were able to put the cracker crumbles on the side instead of all on it so I can put what I want on my portion.

I love the food so much its really good and I'm not usually one to leave a review but the past couple of times I have ordered online and I order veggies in it, they have come without any. It would be fine except adding veggies costs $2 each

If I hadn't been the only one in the restaurant I would've left turned around and left. The minute I walked into the restaurant it had a weird smell. The mac was sub-par chain-food restaurant style and greasy. Not even close to the best mac and cheese I've had. I would suggest going across the street to Whole Foods for their mac and cheese. It would be better and less expensive (and Whole Foods isn't cheap!). Sorry Mr. Mac but you need to up your game.

Mr Mac's keeps it simple while serving up their delicious made-to-order Mac and Cheese. They offer 4 sizes ranging from small (feeds 1) to their party pan (feeds 8-12). Choose from one of their Mac & cheese dishes from their menu such as Philly Cheese Steak or Pulled pork. If none of those dishes work for ya, They will make you a customized dish with the ingredients of your choosing. We have been several times and rarely is there much of a wait. The kids will love this place!

We drove over an hour to have Mr Macs! Pamela and her staff provided nothing but excellent service and the food was great too! We even took some home to enjoy for dinner time! The bathroom was very clean and the employees made sure the seating area and tables remained clean the entire time. Great place to eat!
The pulled pork one is so tasty, and it's amazing how much variable you can order from here.

This place is awesome. The mac n cheese options were so amazing. The service was fast and friendly. And I love that virtually everything was available in a gluten free version. Will definitely be back any time I'm in the area.

Super hit or miss lately, but especially concerned about allergy protocols. Ordered GF for someone with celiac and it was placed in the same box as an order with breadcrumbs. Always forgetting sauce and modified orders. Might just be worth the drive to Nashua.

Definitely not my cup of tea. Terrible value. Really one of the worst values that I could ever remember spending money on. Priced at $11-13 for an individual size plate. A kids Mac and cheese is nearly $6 and that doesn't even come with a drink.It would be excusable if the food were great, but it's not. Very average quality at best. No matter what you get, your pan will be full of oil when you're done.

The food is fantastic it was so good that the left ventricle valve on my heart suddenly ceased to exist.I came back for does delicious appetizing whoopie pies in the front but my pancreas stopped working the moment I grabbed onto it and I was hospitalized fortunately they were able to feed it to me intravenously.5 out of 5 would do again.
