This was my favorite place for small meals and they completely changed the menu. Because my God!!! Now I go sporadically for a broccoli cheddar soup but even that has changed the quality, it seems to have more water than before and the baguette came so small. Jesus! They are going to close their doors! Has the management changed???? I think this is a terrible business strategy.

Having Panera every once in a while can really make you happy if you're someone who enjoys bread but do not order the Mac and cheese it's actually really not good.

The prices have gone way up. They don’t list the prices for the half salad. That gets confusing because they list the price for the Get 2 promo (soup, half salad and/or half sandwich.) It feels a bit like bait and switch to have that price under half salad. It is more expensive than that listed price to get the half salad. Other than that our experience was good, but pricy.

I’m so confused by this whole experience…
Ordered a bagel with butter and they don’t put the butter on for you. You have to DIY.
Ordered bacon on a bagel. They give you a bagel and bacon in a cup. You have to literally construct your own sandwich.
Look at this avocado toast. Does it look remotely like the photo?
