The manager in this store is extremely rude. This is the worst Panera bread location I ever visited. Bas atmosphere. Manager yelling at other employees and customers. Panera bread should take some action on the manager here

The woman taking our order at the cash register today could hardly speak English could not understand what she was saying She was saying “chits” instead of chips I corrected her but they really need a person who speaks better English at cash register her English was so poor she was very nice but could not understand what she was saying finally another one of your girls came by to translate for her !! Love your food never have a complaint about that

Got here at around 10am on Sunday ordered through kiosk food was finished fairly quickly. We ordered a half turkey sandwich with a cup of soup and a grilled cheese with a cup of fruit. I only had issues with the grilled cheese and fruit. Fruit wasn't cold and the grilled cheese tasted like plastic, was not hot it was just slightly warm. And this meal was more expensive than the turkey sandwich and soup I ordered. I was very un impressed. I've heard good things about Panera but sadly to say I DO NOT recommend

Went in at 815 pm felt like I was a bother to them they were more interested in cleaning to get out of there even though they do not close till 930 pm no baguets just felt I was not welcomed there I was just in their way!!

FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. They were just so extremely kind and really always go the extra mile with a smile! Please recognize and promote these exceptional star employees!!! Forever grateful and appreciative to you both!
