Always a great dining experience here! The team welcomes everyone, the dining area and bathrooms are really clean and the beverage area is always well stocked and organized. Plenty of parking. Easy and fast getting in and out and great for family members and guests of all ages. The best part is the personable staff, Jess, Andrea, Keith, Kate, Monalisa, Riley and Nadia who are usually working when I stop by. Very nice location!

I ordered the new chicken, pepperoni and mozzarella melt on a baguette. When I got home, the chicken looked like it was canned chicken and tasted aweful. There was no mozzarella and only bit slices of pepperoni. I was super disappointed. The staff was not even welcoming or friendly. My order was sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes and I had no idea. I took a picture of the sandwich but I don't know how to post it on here. False advertising showing a delicious sandwich and then getting what I got should be a crime?

I come to the Panera in Westford Massachusetts a few times a week, and every time I have a pleasant experience. It's always packed and people are sitting and enjoying themselves, and somehow my food always comes on time, always right, and the tables are always clean. The manager working takes the time to make sure everyone's order is right and I noticed she was so helpful when a customer was being a little bit difficult. She actually got him to stay in a good mood, even though he was frustrated with the taste of his salad. The patience, kindness, and cleanliness of this place really prints money every day. I highly highly recommend giving the people that work here a raise because they do such a phenomenal job. Great management and friendly faces every time I go in. From a customer standpoint, I really think the people working here deserve to be paid more because they are going above and beyond. Please let me know if you have any questions.

My recent visits in the morning around 8:30 am were always pleasant. Breakfast sandwiches were decent along with fresh coffee. But the main reason why I want to write a review is because of the female employee who's always diligently cleaning in the morning. It was impressive that she was very responsible for making sure all tables and chairs were clean every morning we visited there. She deserves five star.

Two nights ago, I ordered food to-go- I had to physically go to the store since my gift cards wouldn't work online or over the phone and couldn't get delivery because of it. The cashier did not know what I was talking about when I ordered the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich. I had to explain to him that it was the sandwich on all their signs and he went to go ask someone else twice to find it.I get home and there was no buffalo sauce on the sandwich. There was also no chicken on the chicken green goddess sandwich I ordered. I asked for 2 apples and 2 bags of chips with the 4 meals and got 3 apples and 1 bag of chips.I decided to give them another try and got breakfast to-go this morning. I asked for the Avocado, Egg white, Spinach & Cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread instead of the Sprouted Grain bagel.I open it at work and it was made on the Sprouted Grain bagel. Whatever, I'll try it how it's supposed to come. I made it 3/4 through the sandwich when I realized the Avocado was moldy. I picked the rest out. Then there was a hair.Id rather throw my gift cards in the trash than go back to this place again.

Panera has a solid cuppa and some decent pastry and bagels.It's a good place for a quick stop since coffee ordered on the app (or at a kiosk) is self-service.
The interaction I had with the manager last week was something out of a movie. I ordered through the Panera app and the dasher went to the wrong location. I couldn't request a refund through the app so I drove down with my friends to speak to someone in person to resolve the issue somehow. The manager quite literally screamed in our faces and shooed us out the door. Ive never been so angry in my LIFE. A young female employee came to help us out like a little angel and he started screaming at her for associating with us. Literally unacceptable. Went to the Chelmsford location and they were incredible and remade my food AND gave me free bonus treats as an apology gift. Even they were shocked at the story I told them of the management at the Westford location. Just a tip, the manager at this location is a flaming a**hole and does not deserve to keep his position

So, you know what to expect from the food because of Panera's standard menu. The food is good and generally high quality. If you want, you can eat healthy, too. The Westford location is my go-to; it's clean and well-kept. The staff are pretty friendly. There's a small outdoor area, too. One of the things I like most is that it's reliable; the other is that my kiddo will eat salad and soup here, not just the warm chocolate chip cookies :).

Updating review. Change of managers and key staff have really let this place down. Even on the Panera scale this is the bottom of the local stores. Coffee is never out, staff are not interested or engaged, food is served without care. Such a shame, thankfully lots of other options exist.
