Went to meet some friends at this diner and was not disappointed! Our waitress Heidi provided service with a smile. She remembered who ordered what, even in a group of 7 people, and made sure to check in and keep our glasses full. The food was delicious and of reasonable portion sizes. There is limited seating, so on busy days there may be a wait.

Great 3-egg breakfast with multigrain toast and a 24-ounce milk! Okay, that’s a lot of milk but Heidi served it and I drank every sip! Heidi served all 7 of us and was strikingly sharp in meeting every request. Paul’s Diner is great. Paul’s Diner with Heidi serving is very great!

Loved our time dining here. Heidi was amazing and very attentive. She also had fantastic suggestions. The Justino omelette was great; their pastrami, corn beefed hash, and fresh fruit was absolutely incredible. Heidi was right, literally melt in your mouth and not salty.

Oh my goodness, what a perfect way to make a rough morning amazing! Heidi our waitresses a sweetheart! All the staff was in costume for Halloween. My omelet was so good, home fries crispy, grilled english and coffee soon good! The prices are fair. Thank you for making our day better!

Heidi was an amazing server. She was very upbeat and on top of all our needs without even having yone asked. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the pancakes were soft and fluffy with crispy edges that you cook still cut wit a fork.

Having grown up in diners I can say with some authority that, Paul's is an outstanding example of everything done right.
Whether on a weekday morning where it is always friendly and warm. Or on a weekend where the chaos of the morning rush is expertly managed. The atmosphere is next to none. Never a sticky table or dirty fork at this greasy spoon.
The perfectly sized portions of well made delicious food never fails. Regardless if it's a perfect pile of plate-sized pancakes or an expertly executed egg dish, I always leave happy and full. I myself am a huge fan of their eggs benedict.
As for service Heidi, Kathy, kate, and the rest of the team are literally in A League of Their Own. They make you feel at home. Always ready to top you off, they're check-ins are always perfectly timed and never intrusive, and always so Lively and quick. Sal's got a great thing going. Which is why I keep coming back.

We make a point to go to Paul’s every few weeks! The food, service, and ambiance are always great. It’s usually busy, but we’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. And the best part — the smell of fresh Belgian waffles greets you as soon as you walk in!

Love this place! I was seated in time and my waitress was super nice. I had an iced coffee that was bitter and she was so nice about it and replaced it with an iced tea. Rachel was my server! The food was delicious too! I did not leave hungry
