Not reliable when it comes to order accuracy, even when it comes to allergies/intolerance.

Recommended dishes: Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough
a crew member made latte mixing regular black coffee and low fat milk for the order of Latte with low fat milk.
A taste of this coffee is redicculus. I explain them this is not the right order. They ask me to pay more if I want to add more espresso.
I have never drink this kind of latte in Starbucks.
Customer service is zero

Very slow there was not even busy but I had to wait for my just one drink for 15 minutes. This is totally unacceptable.

This is why Starbucks is doing so poorly. They want 15-22% tip but want you to prepare your own bagel and do that over their paper tissue. My 11 yr old son said Panera gives a whole plate and even his school cafeteria has plates. While others are striving to impress this generation as future customer, Starbucks is saving on paper plates.
Kid-friendliness: Kids need plates to prepare and have their bagel. Starbucks is turning their eye away from their needs.

Haven't been here in a while, was next door so decided to treat myself. Was not much of a treat, over 30 min wait for my one drink.
I will say the staff was very nice but won't be back.
4:50am on Memorial Day. Opening the gym next door & had a tick on my eyelid. Terrified & in tears, one of the girls ran out to help me. What humanity. Wonderful person.
