I finally found a Starbucks that has a barista that knows how to make an extra dry cappuccino with extra foam. Sienna listened and delivered. It probably was the best cappuccino I have ever had.I appreciated that the noise level was low..no music blasting. The funky chairs were quite comfy, too. Thank you, Sienna!

My mother says that Madison from Starbucks in Westford was exceptional in her service, and is the best damn barista she has ever witnessed in her life. Give that woman a raise!

My momma called to order me some cake pops for my birthday (she didn’t know how to work this darn thing so she left me writing the reviews!) anyways MADDISON (same name as me) from the starbucks in westford MA was the nicest employee she said she ever encountered! so if you ever see yourself at the starbucks in westford ma make sure to leave maddison a nice tip! thank you and god bless!

They told me it would be 5 minutes for my order to come up and it ended up being 25minutes. I understand that things may take awhile, but being off by that much for 1 hot and 1 iced coffee is bad business. There was a reason I asked about how long it would be.

The worst Starbucks location I’ve visited yet. 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order (two coffees) what was quoted 10 minutes to be ready. I’d be okay with it being an off day…. But this has been 3 consecutive times back to back while the store has been completely empty. Never ordering here again
