It was very busy at the sunset Tiki bar. Our servers were excellent music was great. One small issue manager took care of immediately. We had a really good time.!

I have been this place for many years . I chose this place for celebration my birthday yesterday I invited my friends, we waited for one hour and half for one drink! We left and look for another place! I was very disappointed, we left to go find another place because the customer service was awful.

I want to love this place…but the way I am treated by the hostesses and the reservation situation is a nightmare. I have tried to come three times and denied service each time due to not being able to make a reservation. I’m a great paying customer. Being in the service industry, I can’t believe the money they lose by not seating people and turning them away. Empty tables everywhere and no one willing to seat us. Losing money each time on these tables, they turn customers away. Just wish it was a little more lenient for walk ins.

Went for my 1st time tonight. Stood in line, spoke to the hostess..Asked for 2 seats. The waitress who was an older Chinese woman said there may be a couple seats around the bar area. As there was no available seats directly around the bar she should have said let me get you a table or seats. Nope. So I found a table with 2 seats. I sat down. The same waitress mind you asked if I had checked in!!!?? Are you kidding me, and said i already sat ppl at your table!!! Terrible terrible!!! She was so nasty!!!!! I felt so unwelcome. You should have made sure we had 2 seats!!! I already checked in with you. Soooo i stood in line, said i wanted 2 seats.. and never helped me after i spoke to you! So i have to rewait in line???? You talk down to me, degrading!When she said that I took off!!!! She should have said let mefind you a table! Not say i alread sat ppl.. that arrived after me!! She is horrible. I will NEVER be back. This is how you treat ppl. ??? Wow.!

This place is a lot of fun, great atmosphere, live music, games and swimming. They serve bar food, It's good for soaking up the alcohol and that's about it. The drinks are mediocre at best, but they get the job done and oftentimes there is a ridiculous line for the bar. Still a fun place to go....I would recommend it

I’m thinking we were there on a bad night….. The service was terrible (we had to wait a very long time to get served at all) and the food was mediocre. The ambiance is wonderful though. Sitting outside in a balmy night, looking out at the water and listening to live music…..Can’t be beat! I will give them another shot to see if it is any better.
