Came with a large party. Staff was rude rude rude. No good for marketing. Maybe think of hiring mature adults n not kids. Our waitress was good. Food was ok. Prices for food n drinks $$$$$$$ especially when they can’t make a mixed drink. ? lake was nice for the kids. Music was good. 2 hr limit on a table after traveling an hr to get there. Ridiculous. Especially when you’re drinking…eating…. And swimming But you only have a two hr limit at the table then where does your large party go.??????? After you traveled an hour to get there???? Nope never again.

The Sunset Tiki Bar is the most disturbing, disgraceful, disgusting and unwelcoming “establishment” in Westford. “Establishment” because I can’t bare to call it a restaurant. The employees are miserable, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful in both their conduct and manner. I will not be recommending this “establishment” to any friends, family, or literally anyone in Westford. The employees at the front are the worst. They are extremely unwelcoming, unprofessional and clearly unproductive. I will never step foot at the Sunset Tiki Bar again.

Such a fun time! Swimming in the cool pond on a hot day, sitting around with a beer on the beach, listening to good music & enjoyed pizza, flatbread & pulled pork sandwich until the threat of rain.

Mediocre food, not enough servers for the crowd but great atmosphere with a fun band that kept us entertained. Two hour table limit was not enforced because there were open tables and we were still ordering.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Have to cross sand for a spot near the band.
Our first time going last weekend. Nice spot to get away and enjoy live music, drinks and food. You can even take a dip in the water if you choose. Atmosphere was fun. We drove in from Boston. Food was ok... My friends order came out wrong twice. Seems to be little communication between servers and cooks. Finally my friend decided to order something else and then another server comes back with the same food. 3 times a charm. Finally the correct order comes out. We were disappointed that a manager never came out to apologize, or anything was compensated off the bill. I had finished my meal and 2 drinks when she finally got hers. Not very good customer service. Our waitress was awesome but I think she should of communicated the multiple mistakes to management.

When my friend and I arrived for our first visit, there were plenty of empty tables, but we were told we could only sit at the bar. It seemed like the staff didn’t enjoy working there.
