This is the place! Plan to visit during maple syrup season, and know that there will be a wait for your table, which is totally worth it!
Hour wait for a table
Pancakes were good
Bacon under cooked
Sausage is home made, didn't care for it but if you like uncured sausage you might like it
It took about an hour to be seated, but what an atmosphere.
Family style seating. Huge pancakes. Very busy boisterous friendly atmosphere.
The food is great. However, the wait seemed excessive. More than two hours.
Kid-friendliness: Steve does a wonderful job of explaining what the process is and how each machine works to make the different syrup flavors.
Recommended dishes: Pancakes and Eggs, 2 French Toast Choice of Bacon or Sausage
We loved the food! Steve was very informative about the Maple sugaring process. It is very busy but well worth the wait.

Opening day was fun. Basic pancakes. Large and fluffy. Delicious bacon and potatoes. Nothing fancy but definitely good.

For 6 weeks a year, Steve's brings that end of winter feeling home with large community style tables, homemade syrup, pancakes, French toast and more. They love to share the syrup making process with anyone who listens and welcome everyone they can. No reservations, first come first serve, so get there 30-40 minutes before you want to eat, but people are generally respectful and move through quickly knowing everyone wants to eat the delicious food and learn about syrup. Definitely a must visit for the area if you're here in March/early April!
Fun and great food but waiting times can get long if you don’t arrive early. Staff is very friendly!
Great place to get local syrup. Steve is great with kids and he'll show everyone how they make the syrup!
Amazing pancakes and of course the maple syrup
Crowded. French toast was ok. Sausages were overcooked and cold.Interesting. Parking ok. Busy staff.
