Every time I go to visit family, it is mandatory I go here to eat. This is the best seafood spot I know of hands down. Everything is excellent!

So sorry!! The seafood chowder has WAY to much salt added and to many potatoes-not enough seafood!!

Very slow, almost an hour to get our food. The food was not very good when it arrived. They also add a 3.5% market fee to your entire order.

Postage stamp size restaurant n bar, thankfully I ordered to-go. Music was blaring , could barely hear the cashier.
$37 for fried scallops ( 4 of them) &
Whole belly clam platter, Gluten Free. We have been planning to eat here for weeks as Wednesday is their advertised GF day, and couldn’t have been more disappointed.
I live 6 minutes away from this place, and will never go there again.
Scallops were mushy, the clams were so salty overpowered everything.
Coleslaw was rough cut, chewy and the tartar sauce was all mayo.
No idea how anyone would enjoy eating there.

The best seafood I’ve ever had in my life! As a truck driver I get to travel all over… out of the 47 states I’ve been to, never had better!!!

The mixed vegetables are not microwaved bullshit but have lovely flavor and are roasted. This is not a fancy place but a great place to go for good seafood. Mixed drinks are really good. The cranberry old fashioned is good. I loved the chill vibe with the old school music. Half-shell oysters are fresh and delicious. My wife inhaled the fried whole belly clams, so they must have been good.
Update. I posted before I had dessert. Rookie mistake. Dessert choice is difficult. It all sounds good. I had the peanut butter pie with peanut butter ice cream. Wow.

Love Angler. We never miss out on $1 oyster Wednesdays. Staff is always friendly and food is consistantly delicious. Linguine and clams, lobster roll, clam strips, and seasonal/rotated drink menu- all so good!

I don't have the words to describe my experience, but it's definitely on my list to visit as often as I make it to that area. I live the servers. They worked together and provided a warm and welcoming experience. The food was absolutely amazing! We were a party of 4 and everyone in my party loved their food! This place is a hidden gem!
I'm recommending the Parmegan Dill Baked Haddock, the house oysters, and the Tower.
The drinks were also creative and delicious.
I can't wait to visit that area again!
