they are not welcoming, they are prejudiced against tourists from other countries, so don't come and spend your money here. this place is only for Massachusetts mediocres.
Overpriced , slow and rude service, food was meh at best, watched staff in the kitchen eat food with their hands while prepping plates.
Great place to eat if you want to feel invisible. We sat down at the bar and were ignored for 15 minutes despite other patrons around us being helped. The bartender actively ignored us when we tried to politely ask for some menus after waiting for 10 mins with no acknowledgment (not even a “hello”). We then asked to be seated at a table to try our luck there. Another 15 minutes of being passed by 4 different waitresses while the other tables around us were actively being helped. Super happy to have wasted 30 mins of our ski day sitting around waiting to order.
Restaurant and bar inside the lodge at Wachusett.
This is the place to be after skiing for several hours. Start with a hot beverage then move on to boneless buffalo wings. Then pick anything you want. The food is delicious. Staff is courteous and very friendly. I would definitely recommend people skiing at Wachusett to try this place.
Service ok. Decor very run down. Food mediocre.
It was fine for a place to eat on the mountain, but I expected one of the two places to eat to be fancier. I feel the food at Black Diamond was probably exactly the same as the pub downstairs.
Lexi our server had an EXCUSE of "oh it's because of the pulled pork you substituted out on your sandwich instead of chicken durrrrr doyyyy"....(little did she know I do this for a living)Hmmmm maybe it's because you put lettuce and tomatoes in a panini... That was suppose to be a grilled cheese (no cheese in it either by the way) needless to say I will starve before I come back here.....???
Had a great time but the lines were not socially distanced at all and of course people were taking their masks off left and right.
Awesome time! What a great place to take in serenity.

Great day to relax and take in Wachusett. The staff was outstanding and facilitated my ability to take my 91 year old Mother on the ski lift to see the surrounding topography. Great local getaway any time of year
There were 5 staff members behind the bar, I waited more than 7 minutes to be acknowledged meanwhile they helped at least 3 new guests before me. Weird experience
Haven't been here, but seeing the angry mother encouraging her kids to slam the reviews, while uneducated about an act meant for actual disabilities (of which a food allergy at a restaurant is NOT one of) makes me pretty sick. Some people really shouldn't have kids.
Usually good service and food. Last time our wings were cold a little and they quickly brought out a fresh order cooked perfectly.
Management is awful and the server Jessica is disrespectful and rude. Complained to my daughters table that she only makes 4.00$ an hour and kids shouldn’t be allowed in here because they don’t tip ( the kids left a 35 percent tip even after she was rude because they where raised right) the manager heather condoned this behavior upon a phone call I made complaining. Server also not knowledgeable on the American disabilities act and should learn about the rights of people with them if she’s going to work with the public.
