Crazy how someone can stand in front of a register for 10 minutes without being Acknowledged drive thru ran through like 10 people and yet yall can’t take an order for some donuts and give attitude when I ask to take my order. This place needs a clean sweep with people with actual brains the reason people complain about everything is because everyone’s lazy now do your job!!

The worst Donkin’ I have visited!!! You can’t believe the employee Debbie don’t know what is sugar… Seriously?! She needs to be trained in the right way to treat customers, and not make them feel like they don't deserve a cordial treatment from an employee who represents the Dunkin' chain.

I go to this Dunkin' every morning (my favorite Dunkin') and get the same thing every day. I really wish the employees working the drive thru would LISTEN to what their customers ask for. At least once or twice a week I have to have them fix the pricing on order because they add extra's that I did not ask for. Very frustrating! Please listen to your customers.

Got a sourdough breakfast sandwich here. Yes, it was hot, but it smelled like chemicals and tasted horrible. I had a few bites but threw the other 3/4 away. Not buying food here again.

I went to this Dunkins around 8 pm on 1/08/24 and there was a very helpful young man working by himself. He was holding it down. I didn’t catch his name but he is an exceptional worker and if Dunkins knows what’s good for them then they will give him a raise. 10/10 experience, myself and my coworkers are impressed and we will be returning to give our business to Dunkins on Village Inn Road!

Give the Wednesday AM manager a raise! 6am, guy is rushing drive thru, to go, making sandwiches by himself before his coworkers strolled in late. This is a busy location and I appreciate him working his tail off so I can start my day!
