horrible service they were out of croissants so I said could I get my refund the olde rude lady working there was very unprofessional had a horrible attitude and was being rude to the customers the guy that was assisting me needed her help and she was rude and not helpful at all I went at around maybe 330 there was two young people working a guy and a girl an the old lady which I think is the manager that should be fired so had to call customer service and get my refund that way... btw way I had to cuss her out and let her her know she need to learn to to talk to human beings !!

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts around. Rude employees, long wait times, and less than mediocre food/drinks. The inconsistency is another one of the many problems. Will gladly never go here again.

Used the drive thru on multiple occasions while on vacation. Food was always ready at the window when promised. Drinks were well done- frozen coffees were the choice. Maple donuts are delicious and the kids ways love the Munchkins

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on 4/20/2025 I was greeted by a nice young man named Christian Hanes, he was excellent at his job, and I think that he should be the shift leader of this establishment his attitude towards his work ethic/tasks is absolutely phenomenal

Without a doubt, this is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. The food is consistently cold, my coffee is never prepared correctly, and they are always out of stock on essential items. It's incredibly disappointing every time.

Girl with dark hair just made me the most pleasant frappe I’ve ever had. Perfect in every way for my taste buds. I was blown away. Hope my girl gets paid enough. Still in shock cuz that’s all I usually drink… if they don’t give you a bonus hit me up and I will 😂😅

I ordered ice coffee on the app and saw it posted on the tv screen that it was in process. I ordered a bagel at the counter. Received the bagel, finished it and still didn’t get my coffee. I watched and the 3 workers made more than 5 coffees that came in after my mobile order. I asked for my coffee, she grabbed my order ticket that has been sitting on the counter. And Made my coffee but the wrong size.
Very rude staff tried to open the door at 7pm n it was locked but they say they close at 9pm

Older blonde woman (I think is manager) strikes again. I avoid this location because I don’t want her negativity in my life! There’s always a nicer person in the intercom before the window, and she’s ALWAYS at the window. I watched my food and coffee sit there while she was talking with the other workers, when she handed me back my change she rolled her eyes and was shaking her hand with the change in it because I wasn’t fast enough. I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

Normally I'm fine with this Dunkins. Today is National Donut Day which is awesome. I heard I could get a free donut so I stopped in on the way home. I was told I had to buy a coffee to get it. I called my mom and asked her if she wanted a coffee since I don't drink it. I had to reload my app in the meantime since it wouldn't come up. Then after I ordered I saw it could be any drink. I let a staff member know it's actually any drink and that they should know this. I couldn't hear them well either because of the background noise and their soft voices and my being HoH. So I let them know I had a hard time hearing them, only to have an employee yell instead of speaking louder or using a visual/writing. I sat and waited for the donuts and drink then was informed that the bag that had been put on the counter when I was ordering was actually for me and the drink was in the drink area. Not my best day at Dunkins in Westminster. Maybe next time will be better.
