Awesome dinner and cozy experience. Form the corn fritter and cinnamon pecan rolls to the old mill burger food was great. Love the fire place and the views of the water fall and ducks. The wood bridges are so cute!

Have been meaning to eat here for a while and today it fit into our schedule. Lunch at 12:30 had us seeing a lot of cars in the parking lot. There are at least four different Dinis area upstairs, and the pub that we ate at downstairs. The view of the stream and covered bridges, with the fireplace roaring, made for a perfect ambiance. I got grilled steak and potatoes, a salad with TWO cups of thousand Island dressing, and the best surprise was the fritters with maple syrup, and pecan rolls. Priscilla made my iced tea a raspberry version, and checked with us to see how we were doing. It took a bit too long for her to bring the check and a box for Sharon’s leftovers, but it is fine dining. I would have loved to get the lemon meringue pie with raspberry sauce on it but we had to meet Chris and Stef. Next time.
This place is AMAZING!
I had lunch with a friend here yesterday for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The ambiance is breathtaking — I can completely understand why people choose this venue for weddings and other special gatherings.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warmth of a glowing fireplace. I wasn’t even seated yet, and I was already impressed!
Now, let’s talk about the food — I had the blue crab ravioli, and it was phenomenal. The pecan rolls and corn fritters were also delicious!
I highly recommend this spot — perfect for large groups or a cozy meal for two. Just be sure to make a reservation!

Atmosphere was great. Server was good. Entrees were sub par. Chicken Pie had a mashed potato base rather than gravy. Chicken was dry and chewy. Steak tips were just ok. Nothing to rave about. Stuffed haddock was ok. Crab stuffing was a little too fishy for me.
What saved this dinner was the corn fritters. Essentially deep fried corn donuts. Those were 10/10.
Would go back if I was in the area, but certainly not drive an hour like we did.

The building is positively unique. Hallways and corridors and doors and stairs everywhere! Fireplaces were going. The outside pond had ducks and geese in it. It was such a wonderful and unique atmosphere. The food was very good. Our group had fried fish, fried scallops, salmon, and chicken. All was good. The prices were very reasonable. The waitress was very good. Actually I can’t wait to go back!
I come here every October to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There's a garden behind the restaurant that's perfect for weddings, and the views are stunning! Listening to the flowing falls, The Old Mill offers a unique, serene atmosphere. The restaurant is always busy during meal times, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!
If you are looking for a beautiful, historical spot off Route 2 to have the best dining experience then this is your stop. Highly recommend. Staff is very helpful.

Whenever we are in MA, we always make sure to have dinner at this beautiful, historic restaurant. It's even more beautiful with a small snow covering.
It is what you’d expect, great atmosphere for family getherings or meeting older people for a meal. Not the most creative menu but the food was solid and very well prepared.
