“We had a delicious dinner tonight at The Pauper’s Pantry. We started with the tasty lobster poutine appetizer. The mix of lobster, hollandaise sauce, and munster cheese was creative and a great complement to our seafood main course. A visit to this cozy, scratch kitchen restaurant must include their haddock topped with lobster and a side of broccoli rabe over perfectly crafted mashed potatoes. The haddock was moist, fresh, and buttery tender as well as the lobster claw meat garnish. I had the lunch size since we ordered an appetizer. The haddock was a solid 8 oz which was filling with the generous serving of the broccoli and mashed potatoes. We ended our meal by sharing the decadent banana cream pudding. Excellent service and delicious food will bring us back more often.“
