The owner, Moron, cheats his employees out of money, does not pay overtime, takes out 9% for "taxes" every day from your tips. He charges the customer a $2 delivery fee that he pockets, instead of giving the delivery fee to the delivery driver who also has to pay his own gas. He recently sent me a W2 that didn't include the tips under the wages, just the $9/hr he was paying to do essentially all his prep work and cleaning.
