Ordered a Rodeo burger with provolone, a side of onion rings and a 20 oz drink. Cashier said it would be an upcharge for the onion rings. Burger is priced 12.95.

He rang me up for 26 bucks. Refused, left, wont be coming back. 15 bucks for a slice of provolone, some onions rings that he already had to make for the burger, and a drink? LOL scam artist.

Would have got slice of pizza, but were old and stale.

A Weston staple, as delicious and friendly now as it was in 2008. Whenever I come back to visit my parents I grab something from Theos for nostalgia and good food... their French fries are stuff of legend.

13 dollars and change is kind of pricey for two slices and a drink

The owner, Moron, cheats his employees out of money, does not pay overtime, takes out 9% for "taxes" every day from your tips. He charges the customer a $2 delivery fee that he pockets, instead of giving the delivery fee to the delivery driver who also has to pay his own gas. He recently sent me a W2 that didn't include the tips under the wages, just the $9/hr he was paying to do essentially all his prep work and cleaning. When I was with my tax agent they recommended I send a formal letter to the IRS if the owner refused to send me a correct W2. The owner hung up on me the second he heard that I was sending a letter to the IRS. If you have to explain to your employees how you pay them in cash every night then something is very wrong. The food quality is very poor. Most of the food comes in frozen or is made out of the cheapest ingredients. He charges top dollar for steak tips but is buying the lowest quality steak, the stuff that should be used to make a stew. The pizza is awful, barely any sauce, processed cheese and dough. If you like crappy, cafeteria style pizza cooked in gross pans that are NEVER WASHED this is your place. I once asked him why he didn't put prosciutto on his "Italian" sandwiches and his actual response was "I already put provolone on them." Owns a restaurant that serves "Italian" sandwiches and does not know prosciutto is a meat and not a cheese. Weston Provisions across the street makes a really good Italian on nice bread with the right ingredients and is just about the same price. Furthermore, the health department should look into this gross place. Moron, the owner, had me empty all of the trash into one barrel at the end of the night every night. This way he saves a whopping 10 cents by reusing the trash can liners. Yes, you read that right, reuses trash can liners to save about 60 cents a week. The heavy set grill cook handles money, then food, then his phone. Never saw the guy once wash his hands. Not to mention being rude and short to customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Weston desrves a better pizza place. Go to Waltham if you want good Italian pie, go to Theos if you want Greek style pizza for a 9 year old's birthday party. Call the police all you want Moron. I'm not doing anything illegal. It is however illegal to take money that's not yours, try and cheat on your taxes and reuse trash can liners in a restaurant. I will also be contacting the health department and the Massachusetts Attorney General's office soon. Can't wait for the IRS to get my letter. I kept track of every penny I made for my tips there. Where do you even get this 9% tax number from? Something stinks at Theos in Weston.
