I'd avoid this location if possible. They are constantly out of ingredients. The few times they have had things in stock its been good but that is far and few in between. It's ridiculous. Every time I have came within the past month they are out steak. They workers are pleasant but don't seem to care about anything. It's constantly a mess. I will not be returning to this location, it consistently disappoints.

I love Chipotle and hate to leave a bad review but this location is one of the worst restaurants I’ve seen. Similarly to what others have mentioned, the lobby, tables, and drink station never gets cleaned. I understand that this is a busy location but that only further proves that the company should have the money to pay additional employees and to sweep the floor, wipe tables, and empty the trash. I don’t blame the overworked employees, I think management needs hire more people to get this location clean. If this is how the front of the restaurant looks, it makes me worry about overall cleanliness and what the parts of the restaurant we can’t see look like 😬

Very small portion compared to other locations, not willing to give me dressing for my salads I had to asked twice and the guy said they might not have enough. Happens every time, well maybe you should be making more everyday?? Try to avoid this location unless you have no other choices.

The food is good, just like every other Chipotle but holy cow your meat servings are maybe maybe a quarter cup and that's being generous, I estimate more like 2 tbls and I even got attitude asking if that was the right amount and then asking for a little more. Stop living up to the memes

I've been a loyal lifelong fan of Chipotle. Especially the one in Quincy. But the chipotle in Westwood seems to be stingy with the portions and most definitely stingy when it comes to the protein. I still leave hungry every time when I leave there Westwood location. Unless I ask for more until they threaten to charge me for extra.

Managment is extremly rude and condescending. Went in tonight 1/1/25 and the MOD was working the line and legitimately yelling at customers and staff. The cashier a young girl was equally as rude. Place was filthy as well. Will absolutley never be back.

“Thought I walked into downtown Beirut!” Where do I start? 4 guys behind the counter. 2 working. They were out of - everything!? Every table had crap on it, fountain area was a mess. No napkins. I thought coming to Westwood might mean it’s a decent place. Think again! Hope I didn’t catch anything. Terrible.

Filthy with Flys everywhere. Something going on with "no change" search through the reviews and you will see others with that issue. Corporate might want to look into if they are running a scam or just inept as well as basic food safety. It is not that hard
