Excellent food, drinks and service. Evan, our waiter, was extremely attentive and went the extra mile for us. Looking forward to coming back to try more food!

It could have been a nice dining experience but the hostess who I could barely hear asked me if I wanted to go after I said I was a party of 1. I said I’d be willing to sit at a table and she never took my name and said, maybe someone will get up at some point. Not asking my name for a reservation. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Is my money or my status not good enough? Curious, I have money it is the color green. Rude and if you’re single I wouldn’t suggest trying to get a bite to eat there unless you want it to go.

This is not the first time you have screwed up a celebration dinner, last time was my husbands 40th, but we figured we would try again because we didn't want to drive into city, but I'm going to tell you a story about our anniversary dinner tonight! We walk in 5 minutes before our reservation and we get greeted with a "happy anniversary" by 2 smiling faces. I had a positive outlook on things... until they took us into a back room that had a 12 top already seated with a baby and tried to put us at one of the 2 additional tables in the room. After refusing that table because the restaurant was fairly empty and there was no need for that, they put us in a booth on the other side of the restaurant which was nice, much quieter. 12 minutes pass, no water, no server, just menus, not even a wine list. Finally a server arrives... has a wine list, asks if we would like drinks! Well... now I need a minute because we had planned on ordering a bottle of wine. 8 minutes later, the server returns, mind you, this individual currently has 2 tables, us and another 2 top. We order wine, asked if we are ready to order dinner. We wanted wine first, no rush, wine arrives 10 minutes later. My husband tasted it, then the server poured his glass and then mine... clearly does not know proper wine service, always pour the other people at the table and the person who ordered last. Also we ordered a bottle of French Rose and it was just put on the table, no bucket or chiller and did I mention that the additional settings haven't been cleared yet and I even had stacked them nicely at the end of the table at this point because I was sick of looking at them. Our water glasses were empty, those took an additional 15 minutes to fill, when we decided to ask for an ice bucket for our wine. We decided instead of ordering Entrees, we would order 5 apps. The food came quick and it was amazing. At this point, in our very empty section, the hostess who clearly knew it was our anniversary decided to sit a table right next to us with 2 children at it. There were 6 other empty tables and could have at least left a table in between... but why would you! Then we weren't even 15 minutes into the food, our wine glasses were empty but there was still wine in the bottle, instead of offering to pour more wine or how are meal is, while we still have food on our plates, we got asked if we want dessert. She walked away, I poured our wine and we continued to eat. She was having fun with the kids at the table next to us and loudly talking to them about how great ketchup is! Once we finished, we piled the plates and waited for them to be cleared. We were asked if we wanted anything else, but because we both still had wine I said we would look at the dessert menu, as I felt as if I said no she would have dropped the check. Did I mention, no manager in the floor, I could see the manager the whole time, he was at the expo window and had no idea what was going on in the restaurant. Which I know better than anyone that expo is important, but when your waitstaff are not capable, expo should not be your sole focus, just saying! The nearly $200 bill on a very lack luster night is very disappointing. Funniest thing is if we had actually got taken care of, we would have had a round of cocktails, appetizers, a bottle of wine, entrees and a dessert and probably an after dinner drink but after being there 20 minutes I just wanted to go home. We were in and out in an hour... and on our way home! Sadly most restaurants would have sent over a dessert or 2 glasses of bubbles! We got nothing other than the welcoming greeting from the host, I felt like we were not wanted in their establishment. Not that I'm looking for anything or even expecting good service because I understand how hard that is but... this was more than disappointing from somewhere that is "upscale". I don't know how they can charge $85 for a steak when they can't even pour water or put cold wine in a bucket! I'm glad we only had apps! We are now home to enjoy strawber

My husband planned a surprise 40th. The private room was perfect. The staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. The food and drinks were great! Highly recommend!

The establishment has listened to its' customers and it's reflected in their menus upgrade and staff. It was a great experience, great food and our waitress went above and beyond to make it a memorable dining experience.

Every time I come here (been here about 5 or so times in the past 3 years) there's something bad about the experience. I've given it enough chances. Other locations are much better. It's overpriced and for what? Always a sub-par experience. Never coming back.

Excellent bone in ribeye steak. Cooked perfectly. Pork chop yummy as well. Salad slightly over dressed but tasty. Attention to detail on service was lacking. Could have been an off night.

Wow. Hate to write this as a frequent diner at Del Frisco's Grille. Waited 35 minutes after being seated for water. 1/2 of our drink order was not put in til 15 minutes later. $58 steak came doused in sauce which was supposed to be on the side. When I sent it back I watched them scrape the sauce off in the kitchen and return it to me. When I questioned our waitress she said it was just butter remaining on the steak. The lack of service and cockiness of the manager to not even come over despite several complaints to the waitstaff drove me to write this negative review. Spend your money someplace else.

Definitely off this evening. Waited 35 minutes after being seated for a glass of water. Drink order messed up and waitress apologized saying “ the bartender was mad at her” so our drinks would be delayed. “Sauce on the side” of a $58 steak was doused in sauce. When I sent it back I could see staff scrape the sauce off, flip the steak and return it to me. The manager said the yellow all over the steak was butter. Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

We both ordered filets, along with two sides. The filets were delicious! Disappointed in the size of the side dishes for the price. They use to be much larger. The shrimp cocktail was good too. Our sever, Andrew was good, but not very attentive. Our appetizer plates weren't removed from the table when our food was served! That's a big deal for me.

I’m so surprised by the high ratings from some people. We went to the Westwood location for my birthday last night. We had a reservation but had to wait a bit. We read online that there was a strict dress code but that was absolutely not true. Many people looked like they just came from the gym. For the price of the food the quality was terrible. I paid over 50$ for a steak that wasn’t cooked the way I asked. It came out alone on a giant plate. The side that I ordered, a baked stuffed potato, came out like it had been cooked at least 4 hours before with rock hard dried cheese and a tiny bacon piece with a tea spoon of sour cream. I thought about ordering butter to make it edible but it wouldn’t have melted. My spouse ordered mahi mahi which was like shoe leather…over cooked then left under a heat lamp? Our cocktails were warm…and certainly not meant to be. The desserts all looked a mess. We shared the coconut cream pie and it had so much runny whipped cream on it we couldn’t taste anything but whipped cream. We were near the kitchen and several times during our visit we could smell marijuana. For $100 per person….we expect more! Joe’s next door is better that this joint for half the price. What a disappointment!
