I want to preface this with an acknowledgment of the fact that small convenient locations, especially in transportation settings, aren’t always operating at the same level as their stand alone peers. However at this particular location, on this particular day, I was astounded at the apathy shown to both me and the workplace. The tiller was rude (literally on his phone during our entire interaction with the volume blaring (it felt like a social Expiriment)) , inaudible, and clearly eagerly awaiting my own departure but to me what was more troubling was the state of the store. There were discarded packages strewn on the floor and counters. The very counters which were covered in visible sticky residue. All in all in was the rudeness which prompted my authorship but the cleanliness that disgusted me.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I think he was actually looking at reels on instagram when I ordered. Seriously made me consider walking away, and didn't tell us when the order was ready.

Whoever the two ladies are that work the counter at this Dunkin's on Monday nights at 5pm est are very nice. I really did appreciate their attitude and smiles and care for my food and drink. You dont see it often anymore, but those two ladies should be noticed here.

Honestly one of the best Dunkins I've visited in many months. Excellent/friendly customer service and the food/beverage is great! Easy to find and plenty of ten minute parking in the passenger pickup/drop off zone.

OMG. The man was so disrespectful.he was on his phone so I said “sir”? Ignored. Said it again “Sir?” In a very rude tone he said “wait.” When he finally came to get my order, I said “how are you?” He says “what do you want. Again, I say “how are you, and he says “what. Do. You. Want.” So I JS told him what I wanted but now I’m scared he poisoned my food ? so disrespectful. know where you stand.

The maps app says they're supposed to open at 6am but the employees insist they open at 6:30. Lady was rude. Yall should figure out your hours.

I had a headache after eating the food. The nasty Lil woman intentionally grabbed my food with her greasy cigarette infested hand. I'm complaining to the city. Would press charges but the police wouldn't take it.

Edit: 2nd time I placed mobile app 10 mins ahead and no one is there to complete. I wish there was someone to make a complaint to and get a refund.The lady that works it is always sitting outside smoking cigarettes. Randomly ever at the store to fulfill online orders.I've placed online orders like 4 times and have had to wait 10 15 mins for her to come back in or leave to catch my train without my order. I've literally lost at least 25 bucks with this lady. It's really annoying.
