This dunks seems to be the training ground for all new employees, extremely slow, especially on weekends, they move at a snails pace even if there’s a line out the door, and it’s not like their understaffed, they have 6-9 people regularly there.

Hotel was trashed by Mayor Healy voters. No amenities. Needs to be gutted.

If you’re looking for slow service, blatant favoritism, and an all-around miserable customer experience, this Dunkin’ on High Street in Westwood delivers. Every visit feels like an exercise in patience—and not the good kind.
Staff routinely put known “regular” customers ahead of everyone else, leaving the rest of us waiting while they chat, laugh, and prioritize those they recognize. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been standing there or how simple your order is—you’ll be pushed to the back of the line if you’re not part of their inner circle.
Orders take forever, and it’s not due to volume or complexity, it’s because employees are more concerned with catering to familiar faces than serving paying customers fairly. The level of disorganization, slowness, and dismissive attitudes makes the experience frustrating from start to finish.
Plenty of other Dunkin’ locations manage to handle busy rushes with speed and courtesy. Unfortunately, this one consistently fails on the most basic principles of customer service. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, skip this store entirely.

Warning FOOD POISONING from this location.
Bagels were stale, barely any cream cheese. One person who actually ate some got sick.
Tried reaching out was told they would happily remake my order. Who would want to eat there again after that? Asked for a refund instead and have been completely ignored. Even after letting them know that their food made someone sick.
I like this location because the staff seemed familiar with the customers and they are pleasant. They made the coffee very nice. However, this is smaller than the usual stores, and the bathroom is oddly outside the store. The few tables were not clean at my visit but with cuing the staff was able to clean the tables.

Whatever new management or process has been put in place here, has made things significantly worse. I am starting to avoid this location because orders are never ready and assembled for pick up.

I used to be a Starbucks guy only. I slowly started stopping here and they've won me over. Service is much much quicker than Starbucks, the iced coffee is just as good or better and the staff is always great

The donuts have become a shadow of what they once were. I used to look forward to going to Dunkin’ Donuts with my dad on Sunday morning. I has so many favorites: powdered lemon, maple glazed, apple fritter, Boston cream and jelly. The size of the donuts now are so small and the aftertaste lingers and is not pleasant.
