Me and two of my acquaintances stepped into this establishment on a cloudy Thursday afternoon. We were greeted by a smiling face, a beautiful brown haired woman who we learned was named Mary. She was attentive and inventive and helped us with all of our needs in getting our drinks. She made us feel at home and welcome. It really felt like we were in a friend house. I would come again tenfold. My friend has a severe allergy to peanuts as soon as we stepped in the establishment Mary asked do you have any allergies in your party. This could’ve stopped a major reaction that would’ve required a 911 emergency. She was very caring, loving, and kind. Thank you, Mary for the most hospitable experience. I’ve had in 20 years.

On a recent road trip, I stumbled upon this Dunkin' Donuts, and it was a delightful experience. I stopped to grab an iced coffee and a donut and was also able to use the restroom facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service from Michelle and her colleague. She was incredibly kind and even took a moment to not charge me for my order, which truly made my day. Her sweet and thoughtful service left such a positive impression and made this location stand out.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. Great coffee, delicious donuts, and Michelle's heartfelt service make this Dunkin' a must-visit!

I've gone to this Duncan's location many times on my way to work and never have a problem It's usually busy AF and sometimes it's a really long line going into the street but sometimes I just park at the gas station next door and walk on over to pick up if I can't get into the parking lot. I ordered an iced Americano with cold foam on top of it but since I was in such a rush I realized my drink didn't even have the cold phone on top of it. It's on me that I should have checked but also I was running late to work so that's also on me that I should have left the house earlier. But there's usually a bunch of traffic coming down from Boston anyway.
Kathy works in the am she’s the absolute best always has my coffee ready b4 I even walk in the door she needs a raise or her own store but customer service that great deserves more Kathy is # 1
