I've gone to this Duncan's location many times on my way to work and never have a problem It's usually busy AF and sometimes it's a really long line going into the street but sometimes I just park at the gas station next door and walk on over to pick up if I can't get into the parking lot. I ordered an iced Americano with cold foam on top of it but since I was in such a rush I realized my drink didn't even have the cold phone on top of it. It's on me that I should have checked but also I was running late to work so that's also on me that I should have left the house earlier. But there's usually a bunch of traffic coming down from Boston anyway.

Got my order wrong. Over charged me for what they gave me. Couldn’t make the proper change – shorted me by over a dollar. Then lectured me on how I hurt their feelings when I pointed out they didn’t give me the proper change.
