I’m sorry but everytime I order either on the app or in person everyone there cannot get their act together. I’m treated like an inconvenience for ordering. On top of that, everything is always in the deep freezer so it takes foreverrrr and I still end up with a frozen sandwich. Like I really try to be chill but staff there is NOT pleasant and something is always wrong.

Had to give my order FOUR SEPARATE TIMES because the staff would not pay attention. Then they tried to charge me **almost $7** for my one drink, which is almost twice the price it should’ve been. Left and went to Dunkin’ Donuts.
The girls working at this coffee shop inside Seasons are super friendly. Unfortunately, the food isn't great. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. Both had an unpleasant aftertaste and were microwaved to the point of being chewy. This review is solely for the coffee shop, not the Seasons store itself.

I wanted a particular ice coffee and was told they only make it in October. I have never had a problem in any of the Marylou’s on the south shore making it for me. As a matter of fact the miserable girl gave the other girl the recipe for a count chocula and still refused to make it! So that’s awesome customer service. I work right up the street at a very big company w a very big mouth! No one will be going here.
