Ordered the chicken and cheese sub and wasn’t impressed after a coworker bragged about this place. Sub barely had any chicken, the bread wasn’t anything special either. Get a real chicken and cheese at Carls in Waltham or even go tomarket basket for 12$ less

Got a steak and cheese from here when they first opened back when it was delicious. Fresh baked bread, lots of steak. Got one today and boy did they drop off. $20 for a steak and cheese on some wack cheap seeded roll. Hardly the size of most places medium sub. Just a disaster. Nice people but damn, this stinks.

I got some steak tips today! Wasn’t chopped like it was supposed to. I ordered some fries and the fries were completely salty… that’s nos good I never had this kind of experience before. I am seriously disappointed from what I got. Is unacceptable. I love this place (my favorite) but this little details are the ones that make me think twice before buying food.

The sandwiches at Neroli are amazing! The steak and cheese was the best I've ever had. The owner, Pam, is delightful and gave us a tour of the restaurant. We will definitely be going back!!!

Neroli is the BEST! I've ordered from them several times for large dinners and they have gone above and beyond to serve up quality, delicious meals that presented well and were HOT! Then, more recently I ordered steak tips and chicken from the Mercato for my son's graduation and could NOT have been happier. The steak was perfectly cooked, as was the chicken, both were flavorful and they made my guests happy and my day easy. Neroli is a fantastic addition to an already wonderful community and are my go-to for all things catering!

Amazing!! So glad I watched the phantom gourmet episode that featured neroli’s. Hands down my fave place in the south shore. We used to go To the north end a lot, but with neroli’s we now have an option with just as good pasta dishes and sandwiches. Outstanding customer service at the market and the restaurant. Will be a repeat customer.

We’ve been here a few times and absolutely love it every time. The workers are so friendly, there are tons of options, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. Highly recommend the chopped Italian sub (it’s HUGE) and the chopped chicken caesar wrap (also huge). We have two rambunctious boys and it’s very kid friendly with plenty of options picky kids like. Will be here frequently now that we live in the neighborhood!
