$16.00 for a “meatball sandwich” … 3 meatballs with some partially melted provolone on a giant hunk of soft, white bread that was supposed to be a ‘minibaguette’. Save your money/ go elsewhere

Ordered a roast beef sandwich to go, had to bring it back because there was barely any roast beef on it, it was all bread!Fortunately they put some more meat on it. Make it right the 1st time, maybe you'll get more recommendations and repeat business.

Overpriced for what it is - they justify the prices by giving you huge portions. The problem is, the food was flavorless. Beautiful space though.

The staff moves at a glacial pace which leads to long wait times for simple sandwiches. Communication is a chore. The prosciutto panini was topped with a single slice of prosciutto. Steak and cheese was decent but not worth the time or money.

Ordered the food online - the text told me the food was ready but when I got there, it wasn't, there was no clear guidance on where the pick up, the staff was not helpful. The pesto panini was just ok - the chicken was dry and slightly burnt at the same time, could barely taste the pesto.

We ordered just 2 trays for Christmas Eve. While we realize they were extremely busy, we were advised the order wasn't ready, then advised they never received it, then it was found but by the time the food came, it was almost an hour after we left for it. One of the trays was cold by that time, and dinner was delayed. Had to heat it back up. Very inconvenient...incl. a tip as well, so the service was not good.Dietary restrictions: Didn't have any gluten free catering options.

Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. It's special and with the menu they have there are VERY few restaurants that can hold a candle to the attention to detail that goes into every dish. I've eaten here over a dozen times and when I have friends in from out of town, we always go to Neroli. You can't miss!Oh any btw, check out their market next door - the best italian sub I've ever had!

I guess ppl don’t know how to cook. Two days in a row they triggered the fire alarm 6:30 in the morning. The whole building has to evacuate in 23F weather, poor girls in OTF standing outside with sweaty shirts and waiting for the fire department to shut the alarm.Very unprofessional and disappointing.
