Overall their food is great. This place is extremely clean. Employees are nice. Only thing is sometimes the fried rice isn't cooked properly. Franchise food cant go totally wrong since the recipe and instructions are provided. Again good food since its franchise. Some of the staff at this location, especially the weekday middle age women can improve their customer service skills. Very unwelcoming and they messed my order without acknowledging. They seem so unhappy and unwelcoming.

AVOID PANDA EXPRESS IN WESTWOOD AT ALL COSTS! I made the grave mistake of eating here last night and woke up with the WORST stomach cramps and DIARRHEA. I'm talking multiple trips to the bathroom, unable to leave the house. The Orange Chicken and Chow Mein were the culprits. Has anyone else had this experience? The food may taste good, but it's clearly not worth the misery. Don't risk it, folks! 🐼🚽
