THIS IS RIDICULOUS! SHUT DOWN THIS STORE AT ALL COST! Ordered through DoorDash and they forgot my entree! I thought it was a simple mistake, so I ordered the next day through Grubhub. THEY FORGOT AGAIN!!! They’re playing games with their customers and I’m reporting to BBB! No one should come here!

AVOID PANDA EXPRESS IN WESTWOOD AT ALL COSTS!
I made the grave mistake of eating here last night and woke up with the WORST stomach cramps and DIARRHEA. I'm talking multiple trips to the bathroom, unable to leave the house. The Orange Chicken and Chow Mein were the culprits. Has anyone else had this experience? The food may taste good, but it's clearly not worth the misery. Don't risk it, folks! 🐼🚽

Esther closed the kitchen prior to closing hours. This is now the third time this has happened. Of the store hours is until 9:30P; it should be operated until then. It’s so lazy to shut down a restaurant early. The food looked like it had been sitting out for days (dry and tasteless)Terrible location.

HELLO PANDA MANAGER AND CORPORATION FOUND METAL IN MY FOOD
found a piece of metal that looks from a grill brush cleaner, was in rice when I almost swallowed it. 2 pieces. Almost broke my teeth and could have been worse if swallowed. Im glad I didn’t puncture my mouth but HEY BE CAREFUL PREPARING YOUR FOOD

Portion are a lot smaller than they used to be. Not only is the container smaller, but they don't scoop as much any more either. And it costs more. Local Chinese lunch combo is cheaper now and more food.

Ordered Panda Express from here for the first time yesterday and they gave me a laughably small portion of fried rice with my “bigger plate” order. How can it possibly be called bigger plate if you give me like 2 scoops of fried rice and 3 entrees that can’t even make a toddler full? At least pack the fried rice in there. Jesus Christ.

Just go to the Walpole mall location insted….
Time after time i get either partial orders with entire items missing, or substitutions that make no sense like giving me pepper chicken when they were out of broccoli… everybody seems friendly and welcoming when i go for pickup but somehow delivery orders are simply never correct… at the very least, maybe call and ask about substitutions? Doesn’t fix the missing items but it would be a start…
