HELLO PANDA MANAGER AND CORPORATION FOUND METAL IN MY FOOD
found a piece of metal that looks from a grill brush cleaner, was in rice when I almost swallowed it. 2 pieces. Almost broke my teeth and could have been worse if swallowed. Im glad I didn’t puncture my mouth but HEY BE CAREFUL PREPARING YOUR FOOD
DONT RISK GETTING PEOPLE SICK AND HURT do a better job when using harsh cleaners in your grills

Portion are a lot smaller than they used to be. Not only is the container smaller, but they don't scoop as much any more either. And it costs more. Local Chinese lunch combo is cheaper now and more food.

Ordered Panda Express from here for the first time yesterday and they gave me a laughably small portion of fried rice with my “bigger plate” order. How can it possibly be called bigger plate if you give me like 2 scoops of fried rice and 3 entrees that can’t even make a toddler full? At least pack the fried rice in there. Jesus Christ.

The last like 10 reviews have been all 1 stars. Do you guys not care about your restaurant at all whatsoever? Fix all the issues the people are complaining about or hire a new manager who will. This is completely unacceptable

Just go to the Walpole mall location insted….

Time after time i get either partial orders with entire items missing, or substitutions that make no sense like giving me pepper chicken when they were out of broccoli… everybody seems friendly and welcoming when i go for pickup but somehow delivery orders are simply never correct… at the very least, maybe call and ask about substitutions? Doesn’t fix the missing items but it would be a start…

Walpole has a perfect track record for me!

This place needs a new management, they close the kitchen very early, food is bad.
Come here very often, the service is bad!
Very small portions and it looks like they try to decrease the portion every time. Many times they stop making food one hour before they officially close the place.

The food was awful. The chicken was burnt. I only had one bite. I never do this but I asked for a refund and the manager kept trying to have me try something else. Lunch was ruined. They ultimately have me a refund.

Whoever was working today was the rudest employee i have ever interacted with. He was mad that I ordered 2 kids meals so he gave me literally 1/3 of a scoop of chicken. I got 4 pieces of chicken. No manners absolutely the rudest person ever and my day is ruined and i am so sad bc my total was $10 for 4 pieces of chicken.

The manager James is so rude(the other cashier is good). James was nice and positive with the customers in front of us, but when he started talking to us(we are the same race) he became so impatient and unconcerned. Shame on you, James. You are losing your face when you treat your customer differently, and your customer didn't do anything wrong. But just trying to buy food from your store.

I ordered online. They said the order did not come through at all even though I got an email saying it did. They couldn't make me my food because they said they didn't receive any order which is fair but panda express has to fix their systems. I understand what the employees go through but there's no reason to assume that I didn't order from them when I have an email that states that I do. Ridiculous.

Got there no food they was not going to do more in one hour ..had my husband go in and asked without them knowing it was me and they made him a whole fresh paper steak .cooked it after they told me there was no more for the night ..WOW ...LEFT THRU THE FRONT DOOR AND THEY HAD THROWN BLEACH ON THE FLOOR COMING OUT .

Why are you open at 10am if ZERO food is ready until at least 10:30? What a waste of time.
When I asked why they opened at 10 if no food was ready all she could say was “Eh, the company wants to be open at 10” very frustrated.

Yall make it seem like it's difficult to turn around grab a bag and hand it to someone. Sometimes the food isn't for me I'm delivering it and it doesn't need to sit there and get more cold than necessary. Not a big deal just figured I'd share my thought other than that the food is good. Just defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if yall gonna make me wait because you don't feel like it
