Dylan greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome and happy, he recommended a crispy chicken with cheese bacon and avocado that was off menu and I am in love. Great food and a great host hats off to Dylan and his team!

Justin, who took my order was not only welcoming and friendly, but offered a couple of suggestions based on listening to me speak out loud to myself. Burger was absolutely excellent as were the sweet potato fries. I heard him given the very same service level to Dad and his young son. Very good food and excellent service. Rare and fantastic!

Had a smash burger. The taste was disguised by salt and mayonnaise. Overpriced and tiny portions. Too much salt on the fries. The service was good. Go to Wendy’s.

Food was good and the workers that were working were trying there best. Had a couple customers walk out. A worker that didn't want to work and went on break. Management needs to work on a few areas to make the process faster and better for the workers that were there.

Back to back bad experiences, this time with a foot long hair embedded in the burger... Had to pull it out of my teeth. Called management and because they didn't give me a receipt I couldn't get any refund. Terrible all around, maybe the worst diving experience I've ever had in totality.

Left a very expensive coat at the restaurant on accident (stupid on my part). Called to see if they had it, one of the managers said she remembers and employee mentioning someone left a coat there and to call back. When I called back they said they misremembered.
I then called to see if the manager could check the security footage to see if I had it in as this would help me narrow down my search. Was told the district manager was the only one with access to it.
District manager then said he had to be at the store to view it? So why couldn’t the manager view it from the store? Anyway, district manager said he wouldn’t be able to get to it for another 3-4 days.
He then told me he couldn’t see where I was sitting in the video despite me giving an exact timestamp of when I was there. I then asked if he could see if I had it in when I came in and got no response.
I filed a police report (district manager encouraged me to). When the police called, he then told the officer the cameras weren’t working at all that day?
