Back to back bad experiences, this time with a foot long hair embedded in the burger... Had to pull it out of my teeth. Called management and because they didn't give me a receipt I couldn't get any refund. Terrible all around, maybe the worst diving experience I've ever had in totality.

Left a very expensive coat at the restaurant on accident (stupid on my part). Called to see if they had it, one of the managers said she remembers and employee mentioning someone left a coat there and to call back. When I called back they said they misremembered.
I then called to see if the manager could check the security footage to see if I had it in as this would help me narrow down my search. Was told the district manager was the only one with access to it.
District manager then said he had to be at the store to view it? So why couldn’t the manager view it from the store? Anyway, district manager said he wouldn’t be able to get to it for another 3-4 days.
He then told me he couldn’t see where I was sitting in the video despite me giving an exact timestamp of when I was there. I then asked if he could see if I had it in when I came in and got no response.
I filed a police report (district manager encouraged me to). When the police called, he then told the officer the cameras weren’t working at all that day?
Very sketchy. Won’t be going back

Came in while I driving by figured a place called Smashburger had to be a pretty easy place for a quick bite while on break from work. Pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I was greeted right away at the counter and my food was promptly delivered in a more than acceptable time frame. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were tasty. I got the bacon stack sans veggies and I really enjoyed. Paying $18 for the meal including a bottled water in this day and age was all that bad. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stop in.
Just wanted to leave a note that the service and all of the people working here were fantastic. they were gracious helpful and just really very nice . Will definitely be back because of them. P. S. The food was great too

This place is definitely worth the drive from Stoughton!, I ordered the Classic Smash, sweet potato fries and a salted caramel milkshake, the food took about 25 minutes after ordering with my great server Dylan who explained to me what good food was on the menu because this was my first time here, his communication and customer service skills are great and you can tell he is very passionate about his job !, the burger, fries and drink were amazing.. definitely going again !
