Seriously the best Starbucks I’ve been to. From the service to the most friendly staff and it’s super clean. Been to some crappy Starbucks this definitely is A+ location. Keep up the good work!

We visit the US for 2-3 months every year, and the Starbucks in Westwood is a favorite for morning coffee and/or breakfast. We have always had a great experience but can't the same for today!! Sam at the counter was very helpful but Sean (apparently the Manager) was not so friendly. As visitors, we usually pay in cash, but they had an issue - it seems they did not have enough cash in the till to return the balance. Sean reprimanded the staff and loudly enough (and long enough!) for me to notice that it was directed at me. They should just put up a notice - '$100 bills not accepted'. Anyway, I took the hint and digged out several 1s and a couple of 5s to pay the bill. No harm done. But it was unpleasant at 9am. We run a hospitality business in Asia and understand the nuances of customer service wherein the 'happiness level of a customer ' has evolved from 'customer satisfaction' to 'customer delight' for most businesses. A successful business endeavors to deliver an experience, more than just a service. We will return - maybe!

As a middle schoolers, around 50 of us come down here on short wednesdays, and we all get the correct order with our real name on it somehow. Incredible

The only Starbucks that always makes everything to standard and the baristas always acknowledge you when you walk in.
Parking: Not a lot of parking and a tight lot but always manage to find a spot

For whatever reason put my mobile order not next to the others had me waiting like 20 minutes before asking me a second time about my order. I deliver food it's not for me. Why they are different than all other locations blows my mind put the orders next to eachother very unhelpful

My daughter- in-law is from another country and is not familiar with the PSL culture. The staff was very cooperative and helpful when I took pictures of my adventure for my first PSL this season. My PSL was wonderful! The staff at this site is always welcoming and I love the atmosphere of a small town coffee house. The whole experience was great!
Nothing but friendly and fast service always! Today we had a glitch with one of our Starbucks cards and the manager was so helpful. She researched who we could call to help solve the problem. Thank you for working so hard to make our experience A+.

I don’t know if it is for the town or is normal the racist in this Starbucks, also you notice more the ignorance when you realized the age and races also those kid don’t know the customer service skills and they don’t care but real fake is who make indifference front those acts!!
