It's a Starbucks. Tucked away in the university plaza, it does have limited seating considering the size and no drive thru. It was a wait for one of the small tables. All in all fine. Restrooms a one-person but still gendered, so it can be a wait if in a group of guys or gals.

I was yesterday evening searching for a new flavor mocha peppermint was an awesome choice even if I am not so used to the mint on my coffee and cocoa treat, I have to admit was wonderful. Mint isn't overwhelming the hint is kind a refreshing taste. I must add that Lesley the barista was a wonderful addition since went above and beyond proving her service, was very grateful for that.

I don't visit this store super often, but today I dropped my drink in front of the store because I was in a rush this morning. I walked back inside, washed my hands in the bathroom, and went to order and pay for another drink... Not only did the barista remake my exact order, but she also didn't charge me... I couldn't believe it. Even if it is a major chain, the barista who did this made my day!!! Thank you so much for making me remember there are kind hearted folks out there!!!!! I appreciate you!!!

The last 5 times I have come into this starbucks location, the staff have been rude, dismissive even though I tip every single time. I usually order a decaf coffee and the last time when my drink was ready I asked if it was decaf to confirm and the girl had her back turned to me yelling ya. The time before that i ordered an egg sandwich with my coffee, as i waited another customer cane in and ordered one as well. Right away an employee gave that customer my sandwich and i had to wait for them another 6 minutes to make mine all over again. No apologies nothing.. Horrible starbucks! Would never come again!

Perfect perfect perfect, i have never had a bad latte here before. VERY consistent and an always great vibe from the staff!
So the workers here (one leaving soon for college) were all tiptop and professional, but the area as a whole IS CRINGE! Did Westwood cement an entire marshland area and construct miles of eyesore buildings? VERY SAD. Depressing development, very weird prison vibe. But THE STARBUCKS STAFF IS PHENOMENAL.

I usually go here all the time because it’s close to work and have been coming for a few years but the last few months i’ve had 6 orders messed up and I don’t have enough time on my breaks to wait as i order ahead. Often the drinks aren’t filled all the way and there’s a few inch’s of empty space even though I haven’t put less ice. I’ve had a few dragonfruit freshers that don’t have the fruit or syrup and it’s plain? I also ordered cold espresso with cold foam and was given hot espresso Will be going to a different location because the mess up are so often.
