Did Westwood cement an entire marshland area and construct miles of eyesore buildings? VERY SAD. Depressing development, very weird prison vibe. But THE STARBUCKS STAFF IS PHENOMENAL.

I usually go here all the time because it’s close to work and have been coming for a few years but the last few months i’ve had 6 orders messed up and I don’t have enough time on my breaks to wait as i order ahead. Often the drinks aren’t filled all the way and there’s a few inch’s of empty space even though I haven’t put less ice. I’ve had a few dragonfruit freshers that don’t have the fruit or syrup and it’s plain? I also ordered cold espresso with cold foam and was given hot espresso Will be going to a different location because the mess up are so often.

Management needs to talk to the staff or do something..always miserable and unfriendly..Just rude. I live next door and always like getting Starbucks but dread seeing the staff as they always seem unhappy..something hopefully can change here

The little details really make a difference! I didn’t notice until I got to work, but there was a sweet note on my cup! It's awesome how they can whip up a drink so quickly and still add a fun, personal touch. Love it!

The staff provided lovely service. It is a smaller Starbucks location, but there still are some tables and comfy chairs to study, do work, etc. I got a cranberry refresher and it was pricey but good with unique flavor!
Just a wonderful Starbucks location. Excellent product, friendly service and plenty of parking! One of my favorite Starbucks in MA!

Let me start out by saying I worked for Starbucks in the past so I know how shifts can get busy. I also know that it should not take 10mins to make two iced drinks for a customer who is waiting in your cafe. I watched as 5 online orders that were placed after my order were prioritized for nonexistent customers that weren’t even in the cafe. They were added to a section of the counter that already had at least a dozen drinks waiting for people to come and pick them up. Not sure if the process of making online orders before drinks for people waiting is specific to this restaurant or a larger directive… but that may be my last time visiting this location. If you are planning to get a drink from here and you are in a hurry, I may recommend finding a different place.

Really friendly service! They were out of the boba, and I really had wanted to try the new drink, so they gave me a different fun drink with no extra charge, and it was delicious!Truly upbeat and remarkable service!It’s in a lovely shopping mall area and near the highway, so great to stop off during rush hour and wait out traffic.Fully accessible and fully accessiblebathroom.Large parking lot out front with several handicapped designated spots.The tables have legs wide enough for a wheelchair and there are these signs on a few spots.

I ordered a grande dark roast coffee with cream and 3 regular sugar, the cashier handed me 3 raw sugar and told me they would brew my coffee at the bar, after waiting for a while I asked when my coffee would be ready, the person at the bar was annoyed by my question .Really bad customer service, I will not come to this Starbucks location again.
