This shop is located in target. The service is outstanding by Thais. She is the only person there and does a great job! Typically there is a line, but she keeps it moving. She knows the drink recipes well and provides very polite and friendly service.

Almost ten minutes before close, I ask for an espresso and am told that they're cleaning the machine. Don't turn your machines off before close! Left this location without getting anything except excuses.

Employee Id # 75816037! She was so unprofessional! I said Hi! No answer! Didn’t provided me a bag, had to asked for one, neither gave a my receipt, told her that it was gift, just in case person didn’t like it! Here explaining myself when I was the customer! She was telling her coworker why are we so busy, I don’t wanna be here! Wish I could give her 0 stars! Managers PLEASE SPEAK TO HER! Also treated the lady behind me rudely

Wow, I had the best experience at my local Starbucks thanks to Elle, one of their incredible baristas! From the moment I walked in, Elle's warm and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. She inspired to make this review. Her smile is infectious, and made the coffee taste 10x better :) Unlike the Starbucks in Dedham where the baristas make me have a mental breakdown inside my car afterwards :(TLDR: If you go this Starbucks make sure to get a drink from Elle

The worst starbucks location. I showed up TWICE around 7:30PM and both times, they said they were closed. If they close at 7:30, then they should update their hours on their app and on google.

Sent my daughter in at 6:45pm today (May 28, 2022) to give me decaf. The manager was horrific. She stated there was only the clover machine. My daughter had worked at Starbucks before and was looking right at their pour-over machine. She asked them to do a pour over. The manager told her she was annoying and didn't want to do the pour over. In the mean time my daughter was texting me all this while I was in the car. And did I say that my daughter looks like she is 16? Eventually they did the pour over. My daughter comes out and they neglected to add my cream and Splenda. Asking for a decaf at a coffee shop - service industry should not be met with abuse. I went into the store myself and when they saw I was an adult, they started apologizing.....a day late and a dollar short. Because a young girl comes into the shop, that doesn't warrant service and respect? This tall, short black haired girl with glasses should not be working there. She should be fired immediately. full stop!

This is a particularly nice Starbucks at the FAR corner of a huge shopping plaza. It is tucked away so much so that it feels like the perfect place to take a break. There are even tables outside on the side that feel like you are in someones backyard!Staff was very nice and bathroom clean.They were training a new kid on the register and her got my order wrong, had to throw it out, too much sugar...oh well. And yes, I could have gone back and asked them to fix it, but at that point there was a long line, and we needed to get going.Otherwise, great!
It's faster to order coffee in the shop rather than use the mobile ordering on the app

This is one of the worst Starbucks I think I've been too everything I order either my order is wrong or it takes forever. The other day I used the mobile order I work about 10 mins away I ordered a coffee before I left work drove to this location. Two people working both slow as molasses the girl behind the counter her pants were almost falling off it was revolting I told them I was there for a Mobile order they said ok "we've received your order we will inform you when it's ready" then I proceed to wait another 15 to 20 mins for my coffee! The place wasn't even that busy.
