Finally got around to going for the first time and my only regret is not having gone sooner. We got a curry goat entree, oxtail entree, stewed chicken entree, and a beef patty. All were excellent. Will be back soon.

First off I want to say the food is very yummy. The macaroni and cheese is delicious. The cabbage is delicious. The brown stew chicken is tender. I’m not a huge fan of the rice and peas because it’s a little bit sweet. The reason why I’m giving three stars is because they put absolutely no sauce at all. Typically the chicken would be in sauce and there would be sauce on the rice, but there Was none. If there was sauce on the rice and on the chicken, this would probably be 4.5 stars. I’m going to try the oxtail next time and hopefully they don’t do the same for that.

A hidden gem with fall off the bone oxtail and juicy jerk chicken!!!! A must try for all the Caribbean food lovers!

“The hut island vybes” is Vibin for real when it comes to Jamaican food. May God continue to you bless you. The food that I ate yesterday was delicious. Oxtail was cooked to perfection. The mac & cheese was on point and the rice and peas, cabbage baby!!! I just can’t praise this place enough. Thank you for making us good Jamaican food-The best Jamaican food I’ve ever had.

I am extremely picky when it comes to Jamaican food. I am Jamaican and can cook my own food, but at times you want to order out. Hands down this is one of the most authentic tasting yard spots i have tried outside of Jamaica. The flavor is spot on and not dumbed down like most places you find. Excellent food and they even make patties that taste similar to a tastee patty in JA. Highly recommend if you want the real thing.

I ordered last minute for Thanksgiving sides and was blown away by the service , the food quality and taste. I was able to create my own menu and everything was a hit with my family.
