Came here for a smoothie for the first time. I asked what were a few favorites since they have so many options it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Options of teas, bowls, and shakes.I ordered and when I cashed out the cashier asked if I wanted a tea. I had seen them on the board but I was there for a smoothie not tea so I said no, thinking it was an up sell.I found out a few days later that tea comes with your shake and is included in the price, but that’s not listed on the board. Would have been nice to have been informed. Maybe a ‘since it’s included, what type of tea would you like today?’

I go to yoga at Ritual in the same building. Tried them out for the first time this past Saturday. Got a fruity pebbles bowl & Watermelon Limeade Tea. Really really good. It’s going to be an every Saturday tradition after yoga from now on.

Came in on Saturday 1/28 at 2:50 and was told I couldn't be served even though the sign says they close at 3:00. She wasn't very nice about it... I was coming here twice a week and I won't be back.
Amazing drinks & welcoming environment! Would highly recommend!

If I could give a 0 I would. Very beautiful , spacious spot. But the customer service skills are terrible. I had came in today for the first time to order some protein shakes! And they weren’t welcoming just stared at me, I ended up ordering a protein bowl & sat there for over 20 minutes. There was a line, and she was taking orders , mind you I told her I wanted to order another two shakes and she told me to wait. People were getting there orders before me (they did not order online), while I still waited for over 30 minutes now. Once I became impatient I asked if they even started my order an she said “no”. Which makes zero sense. I ended up leaving because it was unfair. You guys need customer service skills & more staff.
